I drove from Anderson SC to get real customer service from a human. GOT GREAT customer service from Cameron Temple He came highly recommend from others I know, They are right,cost is better due humans not self check where thieves raise cost. You will get awesome service,answers,Cameron is why I and others will be back,HUmans are why others should really check this store out. Do it yourself should be do it with customer service like Cameron

The store seems always to be clean,I usually have to visit the restrooms but not this time,but the are always clean.The employees seem like they are watching to see if you need help other stores are not this way.

This store is a smaller version of the larger Home Depot's stores and do not carry all of the items a person might want .But the employees will advise you which other store you might find the item you were asking for.

Employees at the Hartwell location are always very friendly and helpful. It is what they call a ‘satellite’ store, so if you’re looking for something they don’t carry, they’ll find the next closest location that does.

The worst customer service in the entire universe. There has never been a time that we haven't had to beg for assistance and wait and wait and wait for it, then have to ask again.

Worst service and treatment I have ever recieved by an ASst manager named Susan at a Home Depot store!

This store is conveniently located, clean and well stocked. I found the employees to be genuinely interested in my project and in getting me out at my pace. I recently had knee replacement surgery and was limping as best I could, and I was in pain. The staff spent extra time to help me out and were very patient with me. It was a real joy to shop when I was not feeling up to par. Way to go Home Depot!!!

I enjoy shopping in the Hartwell, GA store because it isn't real big and is easy to find the items I need. Also, the employees/associates are always friendly and knowledgeable if I have questions or need help with an item.

Hartwell Ga. Home depot is Great!! Prices are average to most building material stores. Employees are friendly and most of all the store is very clean.

Not if employees act to customers like Julie did. Maybe she was having a bad day but you just don’t show your feeling to the customers.
