I have recently moved to this area and I've visited this location about a dozen times so far and its a pleasant experience every time. Polite and helpful people great customer interaction. keep up the great work and customer service.

Very friendly staff,Had what i needed on hand

Having a Home Depot in Hartwell is very convenient for my family, & I. I've done several home improvements by purchasing items there.

The employees that helped me were friendly and willing to help me find the items I was looking for.

We are remodeling and it's quick and easy to find what we need at this store in Hartwell, Ga

FUSE I BOUGHT WAS HARD TO FIND AT OTHER STORES SO I BOUGHT 4 OF THEM

The store is clean and products are easy to find. The 2 associates at the paint desk were very helpful and friendly. Did not take long at all!!

Had a GREAT experience at this Store. I had given up on Home Depot because of the Experience at the Hamilton Mill Store & the Commerce Store. I have moved so I tried the Hartwell Store where I now live and the People in this Store are GREAT

This store is conveniently located so I can get things I need without having to drive too far. The store hours make it easy to get thing at the last minute. I can always find what I need because they carry a good variety and the workers are friendly and helpful.

Some of the nicest, well informed people in the business and a great inventory for a smaller store.

The Home Depot in Hartwell, GA is a great place to shop for all your home and garden needs. Plenty of friendly service , a clean store, and everyone is very helpful!

I thought the employees could help me find what I needed but they couldn't had to fig it out by myself I will go somewhere else next time

Great smaller Home Depot with a very nice staff! Alway have plenty of employees on hand to answer any question or provide assistance. Store is alway clean and well organized! Zach who works at the store is always around with a friendly hello!

Hartwell Home Depot is the best. They supply this area with all their building, gardening and appliances needs. The store is always clean. The people are helpful and friendly. The manager Jeff and the assistant manager are always cheerfully giving back to the community that shops at this store. So glad Home Depot is here in Hartwell.

Cashiers standing there and refused to help checkout while only 1 register was open and the line was long and when asked to checkout 1 particular cashier stated that I could go to the 1 open register . Bad customer service at this store with fromt line work on another note the guys on sales floor was wonderful

The store was clean and all the associates that I encountered were very helpful. I was able to find all the required home improvement products that I needed in this one store without having to go to other stores to get everything that I needed.

So thankful to have such a nice store with friendly employees in our small town.

Some employees here are very helpful and friendly, while others act like it is an imposition to have to help you. The store is generally well stocked, but I have had to return to get paint samples on the following day, most likely because the employee didn't know where to go to find the correct sample base on my first visit. My biggest beef, however, is the fact that no effort is made to enforce the mask requirement, putting me at risk whenever I visit the store.

Tom, Zack, Cameron, and Bri makes it a lot better to shop at Home Depot in Hartwell GA!!!

In general, this store is clean and associates are very helpful & knowledgeable. On separate occasions, my husband have had bad experiences with customer service. Once, not able to get help loading line straw for 30 minutes and on another visit, being told we could receive a 10% First Responder discount to them find out we could not

Its a small town store, living in a lonely world...... it took the midnight train going any where.... Its a good store with good people. Several of those people really take pride in their work and are super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

This store is always clean and pleasant to visit. What I really want to say is I had a delivery made to my house this past week and I have never been more pleased. The delivery men were professional, pleasant, explained everything. Boy, was I impressed!
