totally dissatisfied with this store and its store inventory and store safety. Exit paths and fire escape routes blocked with products.

The employees are considerate asking if you have found what you're looking for. Very helpful in showing you were a item is located if you have difficulty finding something. I would recommend this store to anyone. For customer convenience you can order online at Homedepot.com for store pickup or delivery. Helping to keep more people safe and social distance in place.

If it were possible to give a zero I would. Horrible customer service. I asked repeatedly for help with pressure treated posts that were stacked too high . No one helped. My husband climed up to reach these heavy posts himself. Very scarey. Trying to unload our cart we spilled 60 2X4s in the loading zone. No one came to help but definitey saw me. I asked over and over for help at the checkstand and everyone was rude and too busy laughing and talking together to help me (employees, not customers). One sweet customer (woman and her husband) came to help us pick up 2x4's when I was upset and begging for help from employees. This store is a failure in everyway. Rude, lazy and no knowledge of their products. Id rather pay tax and go to Walla Walla Wa. Home Depot. I cant say how bad our experience was. And its not the first time. We were here once before and it was just as bad.

I have shopped this store censed it opened. only twice did I have a bad experence. so you do have a good crew over all. and give you a 5 star rating.

Poor customer service. No one available to help me load my purchase. This is an ongoing problem with the Hermiston store. There were 2 store associates present, talking to each other. They were not helping customers, nor did they offer assistance in loading my purchase of potting soil.

Ask for Babs and Denise! They will help you nail it! I would give them 6 stars if I could!

Amazing people with hearts of gold, if you want a great experience you must seek out Denise she will get the job done and the right way.

Your cashier Lesharae does a really great job and has a wonderful and happy personality. I hope the store management recognizes her for that.

If Im needing help the help is there to help. Cashiers are friendly. I like LESHARAE! She is very friendly! Store is clean.

the fairly new lHome Depot store in Hermiston has been a real good store for me. I am a novice woodworker and the assistance I receive is great. Every time I go into the store someone says HI and then when I sign out they say thank you for your service since I am retired military. The military discount is extremely nice and thankful for my 32 years service.

There are a couple friendly experienced staff....but the majority are not friendly, helpful, experienced or resourceful. One customer service incident was actually laughable..... a couple other customers and I actually thought we were on some TV show. The home depot app is very helpful if you know what you are looking for!

Very clean and helpful

I came in towards the end of the night with only a few items and people were eager to help me and didn’t act like they just wanted me out of the doors so they could go home. Cashiers were awesome so were the floor associates. I found what I needed quickly and easily. Store was clean and not too crowded.

Shelly at the service desk was pleasant and helpful. She knew what she was doing and made the experience enjoyable I received excellent help from Rafel and Yaneli both in finding the product and in loading

The store always has the stuff that I need. The store is clean and arranged. The staff are more than willing to talk to you about what’s the project I’m working on and assist me on finding the things I need.

I enjoy the ease of getting around the store and being able to get in and out quick with what I need. Check outs are made easy with having the self-checkouts as well as a couple cashiers open nearby.

As a beginning handywoman I appreciate the experienced professionals in each department. A visit to Home Depot is like a mini contractor Workshop. I can trust their advice and they're always honest if they don't offer the product I need.

I'm an old lady so knowing what I need, how to find it, and loading it all into the car is a challenge for me. My Local Home Depot here in Hermiston is right there to help. I depend on outside help for a lot of my home and garden chores so having the right tools, right seeds and plants, right light bulbs, and on and on is important for those who come to help me because it saves them time to have those things handy.

All of the staff are friendly, ready to help if and where needed. Lesharae has been my cashier on a couple of occasions, she's extremely friendly, great people skills!!

Great customer service. Recently moved here from not so customer service friendly area. Am happy to find it still exists, very pleasant employees I could get use to this. Very helpful informative associates gets you to what you need or who you should talk to for your specific needs. Any projects you may be planning or in progress of and need assistance this is your store. I'm no professional of any sort but I am working on and have completed many home improvements with professional looking results with the help and informative staff from the Hermiston home depot where Customer service is live and well.

You can't beat the inventory, affordable selections and price. The store is always open when we need something and I honestly appreciate the Veteran's "Military Discount" program which is one of the main reasons I shop at Home Depot. What a great way to honor our Veterans. The special order desk also does a great job of looking after our orders and communicating with us.

The store was clean had Great customer service . I shop there for most all of my homes needs..

Had a great shopping experience today. Seen Bob G today what a great guy & Home Depot associate Bob is always willing to help a customer out with anything I can tell he really enjoys his job & I feel he is very good at it. Thank you Bob G for all you have done in my past visits & for being who you are. I also had the pleasure today to meet Rey what a great guy good customer service friendly, I needed more heater vent covers than what was on the shelf Rey went & got a ladder & got me what I needed with no wait, I was impressed when Rey didn't just grab 1 box of vent covers but he grabbed 2 cases so I could get what I needed & he could fill the shelf with the rest. A little later in my shopping I had to get quite a few pieces of pex pipe Rey seen I was struggling to keep them all together & offered to wrap tape around them which he did Thank you Rey for making my shopping job easier today. Carrie the cashier I had today was so nice to start ringing up my order before I was done shopping so that when I was ready I didn't have to wait for her to ring up my 4 carts & a basket full of merchandise. Thank you Carrie for your friendly customer service today.

It's so nice to go into a store knowing that they will most likely have what I am looking for, and being assisted with friendly and helpful associates. The store is clean, and isles are not cramped. Very pleasant shopping at this store.
