Poor customer service. I will not order product from this store again.

The employees at the Hermiston, Oregon store don't know what customer service is. Not only are they ill informed on their products, but finding someone who can work a computer to do simple tasks,like look up an order is asking too much. Not impressed.

The Hermiston Home Depot has everything needed for home improvement and hobby projects. The staff are friendly and always willing to help.

The associates are all helpful, they can tell you whichever isle it is that has the item you are looking for. If one does not know exactly, then they get another associate with that specific knowledge, like if it is in flooring or electrical or plumbing, they all have a lot of useful knowledge and share it gladly making the experience a good one.

Being able to go to Cindy at the prodesk has made my nightmare of a home remodel into a much easier challenge, I really don't know what I would have done if I had not found her help, she really is a wealth of information and is very helpful and assistive!

Dennis from the lumber department was so helpful. The calibration was incorrect for the rope we needed --all in one piece. Dennis gave us a replacement that worked!

...had a couple special help needs today partly because I had just come from a meeting and was not dressed to load supplies. The staff was right there with the right answers and got me loaded out in no time!

This Store always has what I'm looking for and great customer sevice

I called the store first to verify the item I wanted was actually in the store. The associate named Mathew was so kind and helpful. He took the time to go to the aisle and verify it was there. He told me which aisle and even which shelf to find it on! I drove about 90 miles (even though I have a Home Depot in my town), just to get this item so I would not have to order it and wait to complete my bathroom remodel. Stores closer to me did not have the item so I spent time to drive to this store. It was nice and big and clean. I ended up buying other items I had planned to get at my local store at this store as they had a larger selection in the store.

The associates in this store were a little harder to find, so we were on our own, but the store was clean, well lit and when we did manage to find a sales associate, we were very satisfied. The Home Depot in The Dalles had better customer service.

The customer service is excellent. Great to actually see and try the product.

the store is a great place to shop as a home owner,diy ,handy man and building maintance. I know you can not carry every thing but you do have a good selection. I am retired milatry and thank you for the 10% discount.

I shop at Home Depot every day for my Business and I can find everything that I need for my work day. The store is always clean and your associates are great at helping when needed. I recommend Home Depot to anyone who need quality items. FYI (Home Depot is my wife's favorite store) Thank you
