The store is not requiring customers to wear masks. employees are saying they cannot require customers to our master to company policy and are actually indignant about it

Never too crowded and very helpful employees.

People in this store are great. To work at such a terrible time we all know they care. I appreciate you essential workers, I really do, Regina was helping myself and others around her. Thank you Home Depot for all you great staff.

In general a good store but there are issues. Looking to purchase a Rigid drill/driver set and it was locked up. Then, it look much too long to track down someone to help. Had to look for someone to ask for help multiple times and some of them seemed annoyed that I asked.

Today I stopped to purchase an air compressor and I asked a man for help in the department (unable to obtain his name). However, he refused to help me. He was just a general representation of poor customer service. On the other hand, I was approached by Diana and she asked me if I needed any assistance and she was actually of great help, which made the experience a whole lot better. If it wasn't for Diana a genuine poor review would have been issued.

The staff were awesome. Tony in the door dept was wonderful! Such a kind man that was more than willing to help us.

Products were easy to find at affordable prices. I felt very comfortable shopping at this location during this COVID-19 Pandemic. The staff was very kind, helpful, and courteous. I highly recommend this Home Depot.

Store was clean and organized and the staff were pleasant and friendly.

Sad to see how customer service here has dropped. You would think with reduced hours and sales during COVID 19, that customer service would increase. There use to be a policy not to pass a customer without greeting them. I bet I was passes by 8 associated who seemed to try to avoid eye contact as to not get stopped for a question. Got so annoyed that l left and went to Lowe's where this is the norm. You used to be better HD. How about your associates be more concerned with helping customers than socializing with one another? Novel idea huh?. I must say that Ryan and Connell are the bright spots as far a customer service goes at this store.

Everything what was needed for the project was available.

The online order pick up was perfect. Employees were helpful and I found all the items I was looking for to stock my wood shop. The store was clean and aisles free of clutter.

Hillsborough home depot associates are great!! Brandi helped me get all materials I needed while Kyle loaded them into the car they are both excellent associates...

Mike and Joshua in Customer Service are the bomb, they 'nailed it'. Everyone at the store was friendly and helpful. But these guys were exceptionally great compared to other stores. They listened to my concerns about getting a heavy tool chest delivered to home. They offered several suggestions and in the end were able to do the delivery the same day. Their truck and two helpers literally followed me home, 9 miles, and delivered the tool chest into the garage, super helpful and unexpected, worked out great, best part is wifey is happy the tools will be in one place!

I love buying at Home Depot. And I like the Hillsborough location for convenience and the staff are really helpful and nice. I normally find what I need for my painting projects.

Do NOT order installed fencing from Home Depot if Big Jerry's is the subcontractor!

The staff at this Home Depot is knowledgeable and friendly. The store is clean, well organized and well stocked.

This store is not the largest Home Depot but it is the best. The staff in this store make sure you are pleased with what you need or buy. This store carries everything you need, and what is so nice is you are glad you shopped there

Marsha made my experience at The Home Depot an enjoyable one. Although there were some delays in orders, she was a gem to work with from start to finish. I will drive out of my way to go to the Hillsborough Home Depot because of the efficient and knowledgeable customer service I received from start to finish.

This is one of the best HD stores you will experience. Great management and staff.

Always a clean, well organized, helpful store

This store's employees are why I like it so much. I've been going there for years, and the people in every department (trust me, I've visited them all) are always ready to help. They are knowledgeable and look out for my safety while I'm on the property. They're just a great bunch of people there who really care about their customers' happiness and comfort.
