I am very happy with this Home Depot. The employees are also very friendly and helpful. I needed help finding the Japanese beetle traps, I turned around and a staff member was right there and brought me to them.

The store was very neat and jiovanna was very helpful although I think she's just new , thank you for your great customer service

Store was clean but difficult trying to find help when needed. There should be at least one employee in each dept at all times for customer assistance

This store has well trained and a friendly staff, one of the best I have encountered is Vanaeya. As a cashier, she has me smiling start to finish and that is a gift I enjoy. Thank you Vanaeya. Kim and Teresa

These people are super friendly and very helpful. I love it when you can tell that the employees love the time and effort that the company puts into their training. Maria, although pretty new to the area and to the store was awesome. Shared my praises of her performance with the assistant manager, Sam before leaving the store tonight. Most of the time I have a good experience. But the other day I had a bad experience by Kaye the cashier. Over all the other employees like Bill are nice and knowledgeable of the store and the products.

No matter when I go to this Home Depot there is always someone right there to help me

I purchased some lawn pavers and could not carry them in one trip, from the lady at the service desk (Rudy) to the store manager himself I could NOT have been more satisfied.

John greeted me when I entered the appliance area and asked if I needed assistance. He was very helpful and answered all my questions, and made the purchase process quick and easy.

The shelves were bare and not stocked with fertilizers; the options were very few. The only variety is in the brands. During this season (peak), I would have thought there would be greater selection.

Everyone we have encountered at this Home Depot has been very friendly and helpful and we appreciate it!!

My garden department visit was very pleasant. I had 4 associates that assisted me with pleasant conversation and friendly smiles.

An employee asked if I needed help with my cart holding several bags of mulch. He was very nice and helped me as I purchased more items then he went to checkout with me and pushed the cart to the car. He loaded the items for me. I appreciated the service!

This Home depot store has got to be the friendliest and most helpful store I have ever been in. Thank you Janine and Greg for your jovial willingness in helping me find the right tool chest!

The store was clean and well organized. All the employees were very helpful with assistance for finding products. We are new to the area and everyone went out of their way to help us out with advice and suggestions. Our cashier, Kay, was very kind and gave us great tips about this area.

My experience centers around the PRO-DESK. Janine, Pedro, & Bob have been an absolute delight to deal with in call ahead for information ans help before I get there. Many times they have had products ready for me because of time considerations. I know this is not always possible, but I guess I have been fortunate to have the timing right. Jan(a man) has also been a great help with his knowledge of the store & especially his department. Cannot leave out Mike & the other a little older guy......Sorry cannot remember his name, but they are always ready to assist in the PAINT Dept. EXCELLENT, Quality products & PRICES!!! How can we go wrong with a CREW LIKE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

All the girls at the Flooring Department are amazing.Pam,Becky & Sonya will take care of you like family!!!!

Great store with very friendly staff willing to take the time to help you. There are some very attractive cashiers.

Employees are always friendly and ready to help whenever needed.

Lousy customer service. Employees don't mind sending you all over the store, from one employee/department to another, to try to get an answer to a question, or more likely, not get an answer to your question. They don't seem to be able to put themselves in the position of the customer to understand the experience they provide. Lots of employees walked past me today (at least 9 in 15 minutes), 1 said hello and none asked if they could help. Drive to the Durham store or go to Lowes.
