Does my local Home Depot still offer Kids Workshops?

Kids Workshops are free in-store events that take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am–noon. You may reserve your Kids Workshop kit by registering online for the event. Keep little doers engaged with a new kit pack for each event. Kits include all necessary craft materials, kit instructions, certificate of achievement, stickers, an apron pin, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Any required tools, such as paint, are provided at the workshop. Kits may be ordered online at our Kids Projects Activities page or picked up in-store if you prefer to participate in the workshop from home. Visit our customer service counter or call us to check availability of the kits.

How do I check the balance of my Home Depot gift card?

Home Depot gift cards are a popular present for any occasion or during the holiday season. DIYers know these gift cards are fun to receive and to give. They can be purchased online at homedepot.com or in our stores. If you receive a gift card, you can visit the Hoover Home Depot and ask a cashier to check the balance for you or check your gift card balance online. Our gift cards can be used to make purchases online or redeemed in-store with no additional fees.

Does The Home Depot Hoover offer Curbside Pickup?

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with The Home Depot App.

Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when you shop eligible Store Pickup items. We'll let you know via email or text message when your order is ready at the store. Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID with you.

To pick up your Curbside Order:
1. Download The Home Depot App.
2. Before you get to the store, use the link in your "Ready for Pickup" text message or email to tell us in the app that you're on the way.
3. When you arrive, park in a designated Curbside Pickup space. It's typically located near the front of the store.
4. Check in through the app to tell us you've arrived.
5. We will bring out your order and load it into your vehicle.
