I just bought this tool and the cashier Elizabeth enabled me to open the package to ensure all the items were inside

I barely had a sliver of paint for a sample. John said that he couldn't make any promises on the paint match...but like a boss, he made the perfect match!!

They all looked amazing with great blooms and I saw a hummingbird moth and have a nice video.

Went in for a couple tools and came back again to look at appliances, ended up buying a new washer & dryer to replace the 20+ year old set we have. The employees were friendly, interactive, and knowledgeable.

I was shopping for a light fixture. Since the one I wanted was not in stock, Josh helped me find a fixture at a comparable price. When I checked out, Kathryn, the cashier, was helpful and friendly.

Found a great deal on a kitchen appliance. It’s a Samsung drive with air fry option.

Needed help finding something and there was not one employee available for me to ask. I finally grabbed some thing that I’m hoping is going to work, and there were no registers open, except for self check out. And that self checkout line was all the way down the front lane, about 15 people. Very disappointed will not be back if at all possible.

Love this store and its employees. They are extremely helpful and polite.

If all personnel at Home Depot stores were as congenial and knowledgeable about their products as Pearl Wilson is, shopping would be much more pleasant. Hutto Home Depot should be proud and honored to have her as their employee.

Even though the plastic potted plants are a bit pricey, I like to walk under the shaded canvas or lattice, bc I do enjoy the Garden section... but, I avoid the retail store as much as possible, due to the lack of customer engagement. The retail sales team rarely walk a customer to a section to find what they need; they seem to be rushing one way or another with their eyes &/or ears glued to their cell phones, rather than engaging customers for potential sales. And, hey.. pointing, in the direction of what a customer is seeking, isn't indicative of great customer service skills. Get off your phone and start doing what you're paid to do; smile, inform, smile, sell... engage the customer so they will want to return to purchase other items they can easily acquire at HD's competitor, the next block over.

All employees were knowledgeable about items I needed

My wife and I went thru the store with a pretty large list for gardening project. I am disabled currently and she has been hurting with bad migraines; despite not feeling 100% we managed to get out of the house to run to Dr's appointments and eat dinner with our girls. Then we went to our Hutto Home Depot; wow was that a drainer. What made it worse was that no one offered to help and no one came to help load even when we asked for help especially with the cyclender blocks. Cashier was very nice but no one brought the blocks and no one helped us load; needless to say I was very disappointed with this visit; maybe time to take a break and go next door for a time.

Had a great return experience. The customer service rep. Joy that did my last two returns is so friendly and caring. Today when I did my return she remembered our conversation from a month before and checked on my dad who we discussed earlier has heart surgery. I have always enjoyed coming here but this interaction made it even better.

I bought a GE brand dish washer from this store, the assistance from (Pearl Wilson) was an awesome associate and recommended a particular model that would more than satisfy my needs. She was absolutely right I enjoy using the dish washer. I highly recommend this Home Depot in Hutto and associates. Great bunch of employees.

I was so happy to be building an outdoor structure for my daughter. I had everything I needed to build the structure, but needed landscaping to make sure she played safely. I did math to figure out I needed a great deal of rubber mulch for the outdoor play area. Having been a HD employee in the past, I decided to shop at HD. It was a MISTAKE. It took over an hour to get the order loaded onto my borrowed truck, the customer service individual provided no explanation, no apology, and told me that the mulch would have to be loaded on a pallet. GREAT, now I have to also unload a pallet from the truck manually, and then break down the pallet I was not anticipating also for trash (as the pallet was in horrible shape).So, needless to say, it took me more time that I was not anticipating. Did I finish my job today? No, not by a long shot. As if that were not enough, upon my arrival to the store, the first words out of the service desk person’s mouth weren’t hello, how are you, nor did she thank me for my business, or anything. However, her words were, “I tried calling but I didn’t think you wanted to talk to me”. I consider driving safely to a store in a truck without Bluetooth a bit more important. Upon explanation, she rolled her eyes. I almost decided at that point to cancel the order, get a refund, and leave…but I needed this to be done today, and HD had the items I needed in stock today. She continued by saying that she wanted to let me know that the order will be loaded in two parts. Well, she was right… I did make sure the edging was loaded, as she was absolutely no assistance. I love full service curbside loading offered at Home Depot. You may ask yourself why complain? Why write a review for this store if you are going to nitpick? Well, HD prides itself on customer service, every associate greeting a customer, working efficiently, and thanking the customer for their visit and business. The phrasing on the electronic and paper receipts ask, Did we nail it? well, you pinned the tail on the donkey, does that count? From now on, if I want absolute garbage service and insults, I’ll be sure to return. For the immediate future, I know all I have to do is mention to the competitor across the way that you messed up, and they’ll not only help, they’ll do it with a smile, efficiently, and without any issue, every time. Next time, I’ll plan better and make sure that they have items in stock, or order online to make sure I never again have to darken the doors of this HD store.

This location has knowledgeable and friendly customer service associates like Tyson. Tyson found me the replacement parts I needed for my weed eater blade instead of having me purchased the entire assembly. I only needed blades but they were not in their regular location. Tyson found just the replacement blades for me. Saved me some money. Thx Tyson!

Best Home Depot at round hutto

Had great customer service from Jon Hanstrom and Justine on an exchange, that I hadn't gotten from the customer service desk previously. Thank you Jon and Justine for excellent customer service the good old fashioned way.

You cannot blame one bad apple for all of them!
