The cashier named Kathryn was very helpful and courteous.

There are four Home Depots within a ten mile radius of my home. I shop them all. The Georgetown store has the rudest staff of all these stores. This store is the closest to my house and I am never greeted, I wait forever in the checkout lines and constantly harassed by home improvement contractors. The box warehouse at the store entry is very unsightly, the St. Augustine sod pieces are of the worst quality and highest price, many items on shelves are mis-labeled and no registers are ever open , so I have to wait behind lengthy return transactions at customer service to check out.

Store is clean, efficient, with pleasant, knowledgeable employees. We found what we went there for and more!

This store has an excellent garden section. The staff is very informative and the section of the store is organized and fully stocked. I recommend shoppers visit this smaller store to get a more complete and personalized experience.

The Hutto HOMEDEPOT store was clean and well organized. The associates were friendly and helpful in finding items I desired. They were most helpful with the major item I purchased. I recommend this store to future customers.

The Home Depot store located in Hutto, Texas is good place to purchase a variety of supplies for the home, yard, and garden. Normally the employees are friendly, especially if you are a regular shopper at the store. I find this to be within the normal range of human development, based on the fact that people bring past experiences into their everyday life. This is called transfer and how we treat people comes from our past experiences with other people, be it a positive or negative experience.

Everything one needs to start Spring is found at the Home Depot. Thanks for being here.

Best hone depot in Austin

Finding certain products around the store is necessary. Some employee's could be closer on the look for patrons who are seeming to be having trouble finding products.

This store seems to have more than other locations as well as their competitors. They seem to cater to local small contractors, stocking materials, supplies and tools to support them. The employees are helpful and nice. The rental department is well stocked.

We always find what we need to purchase at the Hutto Home Depot.

The store had excellent Christmas presents this year for the kids. I was able to do 70% of my Christmas Shopping there, IN ONE PLACE! The store was well organized, clean and bathrooms were very clean also. Our cashier Sean was friendly and awesome! Thank you kiddo! Keep up the great work! I enjoyed my shopping experience.

This store has amazing customer service employees and Management. I had a problem with a brand of Christmas trees that I got that the company (Santa’s Best) would not warranty. I talked to the customer service lead and manager about the issue and how that company would not honor warranty. Thank you to this group of staff who helped me save Christmas with a new tree. I willl continue to shop at this location and highly recommend this store.

I had ordered items online and needed more. I went to the store to pick up more tiles and the tiles I received from my online order did not match the exact same item I bought in store. The color of the tiles were off. I had to return the 110 I ordered online because I went to several other Home Depot stores and the color in store did not match the color I received. Travis and Chelsey were able to process my return after a few bumps in the road. I'm happy with the customer service though.

The employees were knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. We were guided to the products that we were looking for and given advice about which products would best serve our needs. The person at checkout was also very helpful and understanding. Kudos to Hutto Home Depot!

We were in the Garden Center picking out large pavers, and John came over to us, without us asking, and offered to help us load our cart! I am in a soft arm cast, and couldn't help my husband, but John came to our rescue! He was so kind and thoughtful. We felt he genuinely wanted to help us. He followed us to the Garden Center check out area, waited until the cashier rang up our items, then he loaded up our truck with a lot of large pavers, landscape fence posts and plants that we had purchased. His outstanding customer service prompted us to come right home, and complete the survey, because of John. He deserves to be recognized for his selfless kind heart. We will be back to Hutto Home Depot soon as we are landscaping our backyard, and we hope to see John again. John is the bomb!
