If they don't have some folks working the registers soon I will stop shopping there. I am getting tired of waiting on a line to check myself out, I don't work for Home Depot.

from the help we got from someone who literally just walked off break and stopped to help us with all sorts of subjects to the cashier who came right over at self check out to make sure we had the right price on an item. No attitude and all friendliness.

Cashier, Darielle was great and every time I visit the staff knows where everything is. Amazing.

wrote a review, said my peace, and you couldn't post it because I mentioned another incompetent Kingston based competitor. Well, isn't that convenient for you that rule exists. If you are going to follow the rules in order to sandbag me, you could actually make things better by making rules for the employees that ignore me at the store. Here's a good rule, "DONT IGNORE THE CUSTOMER". The penalty for breaking this rule could be uh, let's say termination?, Or training. If you cared you would go to the store footage and you watch me getting ignored, but you really don't care, that's why I have to point out the lack of service and bad attitudes. But I write and you find some nit picking rule to deep six my whole report. I mean god forbid the higher ups got a whiff of this? right? RIGHT..... so shine on home depot, ill just to some place other than Kinston,NY

The store is amazing. It has everything you need. Stuff is extremely helpful. I want to thank one of the stuff members, Diana, she was an amazing help. I would highly recommend this store!

Much thanks to Lynne/ Linda at the kitchen design desk who took time to help me purchase a range/oven when no one else was available in the appliance department. Delivery time was a huge factor for me and she patiently helped me track down a range that would meet my needs. She never acted as if it was a bother or that it was not her job. She was a ray of light in this busy world.

Employee's are friendly and courteous. They are knowledgeable and helpful with solutions for problems and challenges that confronted me with home repair and renovations of my home.

I had to buy grass seed and deer repellent at this store. The man who helped me was Ross. He was knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and cheerfully made sure I received my 10% military discount. It was a pleasure to shop at the Kingston store.

The sales rep guided me through the process of getting a cellar door. He was able to find someone to install it as well.

I want to work for home depot, They pay people to talk while the customer is to use self checkout.

Going through a home improvement disaster can be such a stressful situation and no fun at all. This store made my shopping so more enjoyable. I felt they really cared and went out of their way to help, not just show up but spent energy looking and trying hard to solve issues I needed help with.

Outstanding service

In the busy area of power tools, the choices are many, and they are very competitive. Sometimes things get moved from their bins and it is a challenge to understand which belongs where. But at this store the bins are well organized and usually the problem is near the surface. If we all try to appreciate what the shelf stockers work to accomplish, and to return our inquirys back where they belong, it will be even better!

It's the best home store in the area. Stocked full at all times. People are friendly and checkout time is quick.
