like I have always said this store has staff that is so friendly and ask you all the time if you need help finding something and when my wife shop there they load the car for her.

A store employee went above and beyond to help me find and get what I needed. He was very friendly and I'd say he went above and beyond!

This store is well organized and stocked. The staff are friendly. Will, the Specialty Department Supervisor, is particularly knowledgeable and helpful.

The people at the paint desk seem very knowledgeable and helpful.

I dealt with a very difficult person in the kitchen department. I was given wrong information about a microwave installation, and then treated like a nuisance when I asked questions about the product. The invoice was not explained to me, and then the sales check out was also a mess with a coupon error. Very dissatisfied with this Home Depot. I will not go there again.

I've never had a bad experience in this location! 99% of the employees I've ever dealt with here are very friendly and helpful.

This past year I visited the store twice and needed help with emergency projects that I had no knowledge of how to address. I was assisted by the same employee for both issues. He gave me excellent assistance and put me at ease about my situation. I was grateful that there was someone I could explain my situation to and get professional advice. Thanks to this sales associate I was able to deal with my problems without having to hire a costly outfit. I am very grateful to have this store and it's staff nearby to rely on for future purchases and assistance.

I ordered 3 boxes of tile and was told I would be called when they arrived. I called a week after they were scheduled to be in for no one called but only 2 boxes were there. I got the 2 boxes and was told I would be called as soon as the other box was in. I waited a week to call, for again no one called me. I was told the box was there. I went in to get it, but it could not be found! I was told there was one in Wappingers Falls if I wanted to take a road trip! The woman in tile said my box was probably put out on the shelf. I was given a date that the box would be in. I called and was given yet another date of when the box would be in. Meanwhile, I am paying a contractor to do nothing!!!!

Come shop at this Home Depot. It's a large store, and they are sure to have quite a few items that you need for your household, and for your outside area. I have found that this store, as a whole always charges less money than their competitors. shop here first or shop here second it doesn't matter you're going to make your purchases here, because they simply have the best prices around.

Had a very good experience this morning at Home Depot on Ulster Ave. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff ensured I got what I came for, and the correct products for my projects.

Always have a great shopping experience at Home Depot. But one thing could use and update. When you are outside in the parking lot in Kingston, NY there are two entrances but on the outside there is no indication that one is only for exit and the other around the other side is for entering. If there were large signs outside saying Entrance/Exit, I could enter the store much quicker, with the Epot Wagon. Many thanks!

EASY STORE TO NAVIGATE WITH EMPLOYEES EVERY FEW AISLES TO HELP LOCATE ITEMS. CASHIER WAS FRIENDLY AND SHE CALLED SOMEONE TO HELP MY PUT 4 BAGS OF PEA STONE IN THE CAR. VERY HAPPY.

As always, the staff was incredible, because of them, we have the floors, deck, kitchen cabinets and appliances, everything for our house rebuilt, this Home Depot Team is incredible!!!

The associates were great with us! They are always, since we buy 99% of all our building materials, appliances, decking, siding, bathrooms there.

The employees are always great to us, since we buy everything from this HD, or almost 99% to build our home, they recognize us, and they all know and express Thanks to my husband who is a Disabled American Vet.

As a veteran I am pleased that Home Depot offers incentives to all veterans. I really like the special parking spots offered for wounded veterans. Home Depot caught my attention when they supported the Olympics with their own employees compeeting. They are very civic oriented and I welcome their support of our country.

Ulster County (Kingston) Home Depot has always provided my husband and I great options. Especially in the painting and tool departments. I would rate the store excellent if they had more lighting to choose from. Appears as thought their lighting department has declined somewhat. Staff are always helpful and very kind!

I love this store and the workers are always nice and friendly.
