Great Home Depot to shop at. Everyone was very helpful and went above and beyound trying to help me. I found everything I was looking for. I'd recommend this Home Depot to anyone.

I have been shopping at this store for over 10 years. It is consistently a great place to find what the products needed. The team is friendly and helpful in locating items and at checkout. The store is always clean and has new merchandise to check out.

I almost shop daily at this Home Depot. Almost always I can purchase what I need. I understand this Home Depot is smaller and many building materials might not be available at this store which I understand. They do have most very general building supplies. I can order if I need something specific they may not stock at this store. During the pandemic this store is very good at stocking many PPE products, in fact better than other Home Depot stores in the area. Understanding they stock for the DIY’er or general public rather than the trades. That being said I am sure most items are available for the trades if you shop here for your materials. My only complaint for this store or any Home Depot is the returning of items to the shelves after it has been returned. You would think it would be checked that it is ready to return to the shelves which I question after pulling a toilet out of the box with the wax ring still attached?? Personally I think the item should have a sticker “Returned and inspected by (employee name and #) ready to return to the shelves.

YOOOOO This store is dope. The staff is hella cool, friendly but not in a creepy way, genuinely want to help you find your stuff and then move on with your life. They keep that 6 foot distance and wear their masks right. Store as a good amount of stuff, actually a really good amount of stuff and it’s neat and organized. Good layout. Needs more Hanukkah stuff, they got Christmas on lock this time of year but my people have to walk to the back and find this little space facing a wall to get their decoration on. Step up, Home Depot. It’s 2020, be cool

This store has some of the best Associates I’ve ever encountered in Home Depot. Their willingness to help and their approachability far surpasses that of any other Home Depot I’ve entered.

even though it looks small on the outside, everything you need is inside. I am satisfied with the purchase here, because the cash register and the worker are always available and there is no waiting

My shopping experience at the Lincoln Park Home Depot store with great up until I got to check out. Upon reaching check out I needed assistance with my credit card and Daiquiri the supervisor was extremely rude and unprofessional. Ismerelda picked up where Daiquiri would not I completed my purchase in a timely manner and ismeralda was extremely pleasant and apologetic for her supervisor daiquiris actions.

Very clean store and easy to navigate. They have a wide variety of plants available for purchase.

Chris in Lighting made replacing things simple. Was able to ask questions about what I saw on the website, find what I needed; and ensure it would work - one trip! Now have a brighter and better lit kitchen. Early Sunday morning that store is pretty empty and clean, but a bit understocked (blame Covid).

You guys are the best here. Always a helpful, attentive and friendly staff at work here. Easy self check out is nice. The layout of this location is easy to navigate. My favorite home depot, hands down.

I just really appreciated that their doors were open to families with children. The staff was very kind and helpful and even had a sense of humor during a very stressful time in this world.

Like many other Chicagoans, I find myself with some extra time to accomplish some long overdue projects. Due to the lockdown, I wasn't able to use my usual hardware store. Jahaida assisted me in the paint department. She was amazing, very thorough and very knowledgeable. I will gladly use Home Depot in the future.

This store has the most qualified efficient staff. The store is very clean and neat, and the staff is very helpful and concerned about customers receiving the necessary products required to complete their projects.

Hardware is not my forte so I always need help and there's always really knowledgeable and more important, courteous and pleasant people to help you there. A lot of people also do not know how fabulous the top floor is there in the summer. There is a fantastic rooftop garden. Lots of things to buy for gardens up there, but well worth just a trip up top in the summer to enjoy the garden and the view.

For the love of pets, PLEASE stock some pet/environmentally friendly salt. Every time I go here, there is none in stock. Also, put someone in the appliance department. How do they plan to sell appliances with no personnel to answer questions or take an order.

I was helped by an employee named Lance. He was very helpful and explained everything I needed to complete the job and how to use the tools I would need. Also at checkout another employee was very helpful as she opened her lane when she saw things starting to back up

Kitchen Cabinets & Counter top Installation. I had a kitchen project done by the Home Depot in Lincoln Park, Chicago. Store 1976. The total experience was not that great overall. There was several design miscommunications. The company they recommend, Absolute Construction is way over priced. When I tried to voice my concern, Christian the manager didn't seem to care about my opinion. Reading something in a contract, and seeing the actual work done, then the expense of the project. The expense didn't seem justifiable. The worker that showed up to install the cabinets, damaged my newly painted walls in 5 different locations. When I told Absolute about it, all they were concerned about was a good review. Christian was supposed to call me back after the project was completed, to see if I still felt the same way, but he never followed up. The only good things about the project were the quality of the cabinets, and the counter top company. MSI or now the Countertop Factory Midwest, was great to deal with. Visiting the show room to pick out the granite was quick and easy. The installation was great, fast and professional. If I had to do it over, I would definitely find my own workers to install the cabinets.....I figure it would be about half the price of what Absolute charged. Highly disappointed overall.

Many a times I get valuable suggestions from the employees in the store that helped me make up my mind.

Although this store in Lincoln Park is on the small side compared to other HDs, it really is stocked with a lot of items! The staff is very courteous and are so willing to assist or find an associate who can. The location for anyone who lives in the area is great! Always a good shopping experience with friendly cashiers! Kudos to the Lincoln Park Store!
