Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Happy with all the items I bought If there's something specific you want I strongly recommend you look up item online & you'll find out what isle the item is in & if the item is in stock. also the paint department knows there stuff & can help you. August 17, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by its ok to visit but don't rely on all of the associates I asked one associate and did not help me how he should have, I asked for something that was not on the shelf and he said if its not there is not here, but good thing Home Depot has their website very organized since in the website it said there were 25 items of what I was looking for, so I saved a trip to another store and another associate brought the box down for me with what I was looking fore. One associate helpful while the other not at all. August 12, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by aweful customer service When checking out with my purchase, I needed assistance with my 100 lb door in order to get it into my vehicle. The cashier did ask if I needed any help, and I said yes. Once outside after my purchase, I stood outside for 10 minutes and nobody came to help me. I obviously was not going to wait any longer as I did not want to spend my entire day at Home Depot's parking lot. I proceed to move the 100lb solid door out of the cart and attempt to put it into my vehicle by myself. As I struggled to get the door into my vehicle, a Home Depot employee watched me wince and groan at my attempt, and talked on his cell phone the entire time, RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME! Once I finally got the door into my vehicle, three Home Depot employees walked past, and watched, not saying anything nor offering to assist me (which they were supposed to have done in the first place). I then went to customer service to let them know of my EXPERIENCE, and she didn't really seem to care either. She told me the manager was too busy to speak with me. Which I didn't buy either, because the manager just happened to be "busy" after the service desk person phoned him/her letting them know I was an unhappy customer. I spend a LOT of my money at Home Depot, but if I am going to be treated like this, I will start shopping at Lowes or Menards. August 28, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Store My visit to the store was helpful i found what i was looking for a future project! August 11, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good store The employees are always polite and helpful. The store is clean. The product I needed was in stock and easy to find August 15, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by The worst customer service. Rude Manager and general incompetence everywhere. Incompetent cashiers (told me they don't carry super glue) and rude Manager that wouldn't even look up from her cell phone when I asked a question. The worst Home Depot I've come across. July 7, 2016
