We are not handy and the employees at this store are always great about answering questions and finding the items we need to do our project. This is my favorite Home Depot in the area.

We can in for cabinet hardware and found exactly what we wanted. We also have purchased paint for our cabinets.

I went to HD Ballwin to buy wallboard because they said I could cut it there so it would fit in my car. I arrived with my tape, pencil and utility knife and the nice guy at checkout called ED to load it on my cart. ED then went and got a T-Square for a straight cut, ED then cut the board for me and stacked it on my cart. Without even asking! Then directed me to everything else I needed. How great is that!! Thank you ED -give him a raise!!

I came to the store to purchase wallboard. The store told me I could do so. Ed came and helped me load it and not the cart, got be a T-Square, then cut it for me, ED was amazing. So helpful! Great store!

I visited this store today to find a smart thermostat for my home. I was met by a young lady who asked if she could help me. When she didn’t know how to direct me to what I was looking for she directed me to someone who could. The product was easy to find. The young man who got it for me helped me set up a credit card which saved me a lot of money. The store was very neat.

Mike (in Appliances) was friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. We had an excellent overall customer service experience. Thanks Mike!

I recently had knee replacement surgery and needed some items from Home Depot. An employee graciously looked at my list, got a shopping cart, and shopped for me quickly. He also checked me out. I asked to speak with his manager. He called her, and she came right over to check-out where I "sang" his praises. This might not be a regular occurrence at Home Depot, but to accommodate me was so heart warming. Glad I'm a stock holder!

When you go here ask for Baileigh she is amazing and will take care of you!

Beth in the window and door department is so friendly and knowledgeable. She made my purchase decisions very easy for me. Beth and Baileigh at customer service were so friendly and efficient with my two separate purchases. Art in flooring was great at explaining and pricing out carpet for a near future purchase. Kyle Wall was wonderful to work with while placing our screen door order. As well as Errol Jones up at the register was fun an engaging.

In this day and age, it's unusual to shop for needed items and drive home smiling. However, every time we purchase items at Home Depot on Manchester Road, we leave lighthearted and happy with our choice to buy at this establishment. We find a large variety of products neatly displayed and the staff go out of their way to accommodate every customer.

We were checked out by Errol Jones he is a wonderful cashier and you need him to take care of people like me who HATE self Checkout

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had in buying such a big purchase! The quality of customer service went above and beyond! Although this particular location is a little further from my house…I will go back just because of the way I was treated and felt like a valued customer! We shop at all of the home stores in the area, and we agree, the Home Depot #3004 offers the best selection; today, our selection was for plants. Their plants are healthy and well priced.

I couldn’t remember my password for my home depo app to bring up my veterans discount. Without being asked Hamzah looked up my info so I could get my discount and he thanked me for my service . So nice to hear from a young man. Here’s one young man that was willing to work and act like he enjoyed his job!!

My fiance and I brought in damaged flooring that we had. The item ended up being discontinued and none of the stores arpu d had it in stock. Amy was very helpful and fou d us an alternative route to go and we couldn't thank her enough!
