John, at the paint desk, was a wizard at matching colors. He was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He also kept a great sense of humor while juggling many customers.

I honestly love coming here for the atmosphere and the staff is always so helpful! They always listen and guide me in the right direction!

Friendly Store

This store has improved a lot in the last year. It is closest to my home and had caused frustration over the years, but they are doing something right now! We did a large remodeling project this year and I've been in A LOT! Inventory has been better. The staff that have helped me in multiple areas have been knowledgeable and polite. I am a shopping guru on finding deals--I've shopped the major competitors to find stock and compare price, but found myself coming back to my local store and staff on a lot of my shopping. My opinion of the store has gone up a lot!

The guys at the Pro Desk were a great help today on a deck project. It's the first deck that I'm building, and the team did a great job of navigating thru the process and putting in the order.

John Snider, one of the many helpful employees, was very helpful, not only suggesting a better alternative than the one I had in mind but also returned an item that I had taken from another department when we found out what was really helpful in another department. The inventories in this store in the areas I use are usually good. Consistently.

The clerk at the return desk could have been more helpful when seeing a lady carry in a large bulky item to return.

Kathy Stephens in Appliances...returned specifically to see her, based on great experience purchasing a Dryer from her about 2 months ago. This time bought Washer, Dryer, Refrigerator for another house.

The store is always well stocked, maintained, clean and easy to shop/find what you're looking for. The associates are always polite, friendly, courteous, and helpful. They go the extra mile to insure you are completely satisfied before leaving. You will always hear "hello" and "good-bye thanks for shopping with us".

This store is clean, well-stocked, and well-managed. Employees show willingness to help in finding products and are knowledgable about how the products function. They are able to make recommendations depending of how the products are to be used. The employees are well-trained and demonstrate a customer-focused attitude.

I saw online that my local store had an item in stock that I wanted. When I arrived at the store there were none on the shelves. The friendly staff quickly checked the store inventory and brought me the product I came to buy.
