The customer service manager doesn't know how to copy a simple key.

I love the store everyone is so friendly from the moment you enter the door to check out!

The associate at customer service desk was very helpful in providing the information I needed. I was looking for an item which wasn’t available at the store, so she helped me with ordering it online.

I have shopped at this location for decades!!!! I can always find what I need when I shop there. I have only had good experiences in the past and all the employees are more than willing to help.

The sales person who helped me was AWESOME!! His name is Jack Bell and he was so helpful, nice and fun to talk to while I waited for him to cut the turf I needed.

Store #3004 located in Ballwin was very clean, employees were available to assist me find product as they stocked shelves and checkout employee was very friendly and willing to assist me without me asking for help.

Kathy, in Appliances, is a thorough, efficient, and funny lady. She recently helped me with an appliance purchase decision, and I was impressed with the lengths to which she went to ensure I knew all there was to know about the product before buying. Every member of the staff who I happened upon while in the store offered assistance. I'm sure it's policy to do so, but it's cool they're doing it. I'm sure there are people who are reluctant to speak up when they don't know or can't find something. Overall, everytime I've been here since buying a home in the area, it's been a great experience.

This is a good store. People are knowledgeable and friendly. They seem to enjoy working there which makes a big difference compared to stores where that's not the case.

I always prefer to buy products from Home Depot because of the avaelability as well as easy to find products and on top of that best customer service in store.

Associates in this store are so helpful. I was in there to just purchase some lights for a light fixture and was concerned about my choice...Before I even got started "David" came over to offer help. He gave great advice and took a lot of time for a small purchase. The advice was extremely helpful and he was very considerate. Highly recommend this Home Depot!

Avoid this location. More helpful locations are the following: 10890 Sunset Hills Plaza, 1603 S. Hanley Road Brentwood, Ellisville and 7481 South Lindbergh Street.

I asked an employee where the numbers for mailboxes were he told me where they were with such ease. This gentleman deserves a raise and AT LEAST a month of paid vacation. Once he comes back from vacation, give him another raise. Unfortunately, I do not remember his name, but he was a slightly overweight middle-aged man who was stationed around the lumber and was working August 22nd around 10am. Once I arrived at the numbers for mailboxes, I thought I was alone and I farted. I then looked up to the left and there was another Home Depot employee who obviously heard what I just did, but continued working and pretended like they did not hear a thing. I greatly appreciated their awareness for my emotional health. Also, I love the smell of all Home Depots, please find a way to partner with Glade or Febeze and come out with a Home Depot scent.

I LOVE HOME DEPOT BECAUSE OF THEIR KNOWLEDGE, KINDNESS, AND HELPFULNESS. THEY ALWAYS HAVE WHAT I WANT OR NEED. THEY HAVE ENOUGH EMPLOYEES THAT I DO NOT HAVE TO GO SEARCHING FOR THEM.

If you need help in electrical or lighting, look for Ali. He is knowledgeable and extremely helpful in those departments as well as other parts of the store.

I was looking for "Hue" light bulb and had been referred to the Manchester store by another Home Depot store that didn't have any of the bulbs in stock. The woman at the Manchester store was very helpful and made sure I could find the item I was looking for. It was a pleasant experience.

2 of 3 employees that I was face to face with did not wear PPE correctly. Mask worn below the nose. They did not pull the mask up when I arrived.

The service is always great! I have never had any problems. I enjoy the products that are provided. My new home is painted with Behr paint. I always get professional help with the paint department.

I happen to be in the area of this store and spotted an item I had not been able to find at a couple of other Home Depot stores. When I requested assistance the store associate assisted me with my find and went well beyond to gather information about the product. I will visit this store again as well as recommend this location. Thank You Home Depot !!!

This store seems to hold-on to its better, more experienced & customer-helpful-friendly employees. As long as they take the steps to continue to do so, & I'm lucky-enough to run into one of them when I'm looking for something in their "area" of expertise, I'll be a happy customer!

Matt, the young guy at front was very helpful and made sure to guide me where to go; I still couldn’t find the items so I did have to ask two more people. Finding someone is hard at times and you’re all by yourself in the back of the store not seeing a soul. Would be nice to have more people just standing by the aisle fronts or if there is a phone to pick up and say I need help. Maybe I didn’t see it. With a bad back it’s hard for me to walk all around. Store was nice and clean. Parking is easy. Looking forward to getting their flowers in spring and summer, they always have a good collection. I came in to look for an urgent item and just wanted to check out prices and what was in stock. I’m a business professional in operations and not related to any construction work but do strongly believe in customer service and staff knowledge.

Tom G helped us back in plumbing. We came in with no idea what we needed to complete our project other than PVC he walked us through everything and cut our materials for us. He was genuinely interested in what we were making and shared his advice. He made us feel comfortable and confident in our purchase.
