Very kind love this store

This is a smaller store and seems to be flooded with local contractors. I prefer to use the larger stores that carry more items and in better amounts. Good for a quick pickup if the item is in stock. Go early and avoid the vans by the exit doors. Lock your car.

Small but well stocked, usually I find what I need in the store, I like the assistance I receive when I buy Plywood, they cut it to my specs

Today is October 24, 2020 I would never recommend anyone to go to this store I am disappointed with the manager Harold Not sure what his last name is, I made a complaint about his employee same name Harold working at the return desk very unprofessional very ignorant person does not belong in such an environment very disrespectful screaming at customers for no reason he needs to be removed thank you very much.

I've been frequenting this HD for the past 14 years that I've live in the neighborhood. The staff here has always been friendly and accommodating. There's always someone available to answer your questions and provide the most sound advice. Even if the sale would be minimal, it seem as though the consumer's satisfaction is more important.

Store is conveniently located, fully stocked, has helpful workers and is very clean.

I came in purchase a Samsung Family hub fridge and I told the sale associates the bad experience I had At PC Richardson . She seemed to be rushing me to sign up for the credit card instead of sitting Moe down and going over everything step by step. She had me walking back and forth with her because she was looking a proper working machine to complete my purchase. I was very displeased with the customer service I received at this location

The store is convenient & smaller compared to others, but still versatile. Managed to navigate my way through the aisle without any assistance. Got all my home improvement equipment & did some comparative shopping. They have a lovely plants here as well, plenty of PPE equipment & staff on board. The key machine was convenient. Brought everything I wanted & the restroom was clean. Staff always prepared & available. I always enjoy going to Home Depot to upgrade my home & checkout was quick. Went to the self service one & got out in less than 5 mins! Coming back next time before the holidays to decorate my home. This isn't a store for men only, women learn a lot about paint, tiles, tools, etc..including home interiors/exteriors. Staff adept at what they do.

THE STORE IS A GOOD STORE. THE EMPLOYEES ARE GOOD OVER THERE. THERE ARE A LOT OF ITEMS TO CHOSE FROM AND THEIR PRICES ARE REALLY GOOD. THE ONLY THING THAT I NOTICES THAT SHOULD BE ADJUSTED WAS AT THE CHECKOUT LINE TO PAY. THERE WASN'T ANY SOCIAL DISTANCING BEING DONE.

Products were easy to locate by aisle and bin number when shopping online using cellphone. There were numerous store employees to answer questions and to direct me to store products that did not have an aisle listing. There social distance and use of facial masks helped make shopping more comfortable.

Great job by the appliance Team! Lydia and Gladys provided VIP service! Gladys went above and beyond to provide customer care.

Staff are usually friendly and helpful. The only thing is an item may say online its available in store and when you get there that information is inaccurate.

THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION AND SOME EMPLOYEES WERE HELPFUL AND OTHERS ON FLOOR AND CASHEIR WORST EXPERIENCE. LOWE'S IS WHERE I WOULD GO TO SHOP IN THIS AREA.

The store was clean at this location, finding my products was quite easy due to orderly assorted packaging of items.

This store on Avenue U near Kings Plaza have workers there who deserve special mention. I am sorry I did not get there names, but I find the older workers were much more willing to help me. They went the extra mile to walk me to the exact location to find the needed items.

Love the large size of the store as it provides a lot of products including the seasonal gardening area. However I think they should have had a separate cash register only for the propane tanks and maybe the live gardening products. Saw a customer that only wanted a propane tank but had to wait on the Covid line

This store is wonderful nice friendly and helpful employes .I have been to the bigger stores and its the same to me but this one is closes to my home which saves on gas and i like that i get all that i need here and more like when i went to purchase some soil to start my summer garden i needed 2 bags of soil a small and larger bag i ask the employer to help me put it in my shopping cart he told me he got it and lifted the very very heavy bag by himself into my cart now what more can i ask for. The only thing is i forgot to pay attention to his name so i could let HD know about this worker. Thank you Sir again.
