Very professional employees

THE STORE IS A GOOD STORE. THE EMPLOYEES ARE GOOD OVER THERE. THERE ARE A LOT OF ITEMS TO CHOSE FROM AND THEIR PRICES ARE REALLY GOOD. THE ONLY THING THAT I NOTICES THAT SHOULD BE ADJUSTED WAS AT THE CHECKOUT LINE TO PAY. THERE WASN'T ANY SOCIAL DISTANCING BEING DONE.

Products were easy to locate by aisle and bin number when shopping online using cellphone. There were numerous store employees to answer questions and to direct me to store products that did not have an aisle listing. There social distance and use of facial masks helped make shopping more comfortable.

Great job by the appliance Team! Lydia and Gladys provided VIP service! Gladys went above and beyond to provide customer care.

Staff are usually friendly and helpful. The only thing is an item may say online its available in store and when you get there that information is inaccurate.

THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION AND SOME EMPLOYEES WERE HELPFUL AND OTHERS ON FLOOR AND CASHEIR WORST EXPERIENCE. LOWE'S IS WHERE I WOULD GO TO SHOP IN THIS AREA.

The store was clean at this location, finding my products was quite easy due to orderly assorted packaging of items.

This store on Avenue U near Kings Plaza have workers there who deserve special mention. I am sorry I did not get there names, but I find the older workers were much more willing to help me. They went the extra mile to walk me to the exact location to find the needed items.

Love the large size of the store as it provides a lot of products including the seasonal gardening area. However I think they should have had a separate cash register only for the propane tanks and maybe the live gardening products. Saw a customer that only wanted a propane tank but had to wait on the Covid line

This store is wonderful nice friendly and helpful employes .I have been to the bigger stores and its the same to me but this one is closes to my home which saves on gas and i like that i get all that i need here and more like when i went to purchase some soil to start my summer garden i needed 2 bags of soil a small and larger bag i ask the employer to help me put it in my shopping cart he told me he got it and lifted the very very heavy bag by himself into my cart now what more can i ask for. The only thing is i forgot to pay attention to his name so i could let HD know about this worker. Thank you Sir again.

The cashier was excellent She gave us the opportunity to open a home deport credit card and saved us $50

This location has been around for many years. It's ok, it's a much smaller store than most, they don't carry as much as the other stores. I don't always find what I'm looking for but I will 5 stars to employees Veronica & Ms.Cleo for excellent customer service. Store was fairly clean.

The sore is small but they helped me get a fridge and got it quickly . very pleasant and helpful

Store agent by the name of Ivan seems to have gone out of his way to assist me and continued to do so until I made a decision. And he was very informed about the product I purchased.

Home Depot is my number one store. Cuz I always feel like home at Home Depot. Home Depot is not like next door. Home Depot got the key of customer’s happiness.

the girls in appliance were so nice. Margaret helped me find what i needed took the time to explain it to me and made sure all of our questions were met. i was hesitant after going to gateway mall home depot and had such a bad experience but i reccomend this place to everyone. and the young man in plumbing stopped to help me and my daughter with the washer hoses etc. so happy. keep up the good work home depot.

The customer service here is AWESOMEE!!!! Out of all the home-depot in Brooklyn- this one has the best CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERR! There is not one time I have been here and never received help with anything- and trust me- I've been here QUITE A FEW TIMES. I was about to get a part time job in this store that's how many times I've visited and purchased! (SMILE) And every single time- the CUSTOMER SERVICE was EXCEPTIONAL! This home- depot is the Chick-Fil-a of Home Depots!
