If you have to do a return at Home Depot anytime soon I can only hope you get Donna. She really goes out of the way in the customer service department. She is on top of everything and can multi task 2 customers at once. In this day of the customer service industry being so automated it was nice to have friendly, efficient, and helpful service!

i almost always find what I need, and I can normally find help if I need it, whixh is important to me!!!!!

Our sales associate Corrie was very friendly and extremely helpful. He helped us load our car with a really big item that was hard to fit but he did an awesome job and even went out of his way to help tie the back of our car. Thanks so much!

We visited the store today Sunday, February 27th around 4pm. We were helped by two awesome employees. First we were helped by Michael in the doors section. He was able to get a lift to get down two products for us. He also loaded them onto our flatbed so we could take them to the check out. Second, while my son (10 years old) and I were struggling to get our closet doors in our car Ron approached us. He was collecting carts. I greatly appreciated his help. He and my son loaded them into the car very quickly. I greatly appreciate the awesome customer service from Michael and Ron and hope they get recognized for doing a great job.

Came in with my list of needed items..with Homedepot’s great customer service I quickly got all items on my list Plus some other needed items .. like gloves!

This store has come 180° since the previous store manager. The store is much cleaner has the product that we want. Everyone seems to enjoy their job and are always willing to help. The pro desk has come along way.

Stopped by because I have so many projects to fix and found people to include in the plans. Confident and friendly people at Home Depot

Alonso Pizano is what makes my shopping experience at the Mission Viejo Home Depot location so good and makes it such a good use of my time, without him I don’t think I would consider shopping there and would likely go to the El Toro location. Alonso Pizano is a highly undervalued associate and should be recognized for it….. I am probably one of the biggest spenders if not “the”biggest at this location and he is my go to associate. He always tries to find me the best deals on merchandise or discounts when they are available and at the end of the day it effects my bottom line and if that’s not enough he is constantly going above and beyond to make sure I get in and out of the store seamlessly even though it’s always a circus Alonso makes this location what it is….. I live close to El Toro branch. The place is always rowdy. Too many people. I noticed that the supply there is always low. Like today my husband went there to buy white spray paint. The shelves are out and he has to run to Laguna Hills branch. This store is very clean and I have so much peace when I go there. Its quiet and not rowdy. The displays are more organized and properly tagged. The laminate floor samples are well labelled in big letters. WATER RESISTANT. In some stores it is just the picture of blue water drop sign. For a first timer to shop for that flooring we do not recognize that blue water sign. In some stores, it says IN STOCK, but when you ask the sales people to check they have no stock. I needed to start my project right away and ordering on line takes so many days before it's delivered to the store. That's the reason why I was able to go all around the stores and had experience the feel and differences of the Home Depot stores in my area. The Laguna Niguel store, the employee was very helpful in making our choices in what we were buying and told us to go home first with the sample because the color from the light and the day light at home are not the same. True enough it did not match. So on we went to Mission Viejo branch where we found the color we want ON STOCK. The old man Bill who assisted us really made an effort to check for us and stood up from his station and check the location of the sample that we gave him to check if IN STOCK. I have a great experience and we were able to pick up our laminate floors the following day.

During the same week I visited this store I also visited a competitive merchant. It was SUCH a disappointment !! No comparison in pricing, products, or customer service (I did not see a single employee except at the checkout counter...). I spend more than 1 hour there sorting through under-counter lighting products. Their inventory was very limited compared to this store, plus many of the products were obvious returns and outdated. At the Mission Viejo Home Depot an employee asked if he could help me in any way. Together we found several products that would fill the bill. Kudos !!!

Did a web order pickup and was gonna give me a used item. Waste of time

Anthony from the tool rental department should be employee of the month. After being told that an item didn't exist, he looked it up online, escorted me to the section that had just sent me away empty-handed, and helped scan the overstock up above to find the item I needed. Stellar employee who saved my project!

Whatever you do as a customer, do NOT ask the countertop associate for information. She will tell you , “...go online and do your research...” !!! Only gave 1 star because zero stars was not an option...

If I ally had a great shopping experience here thanks to Leonel. He helped me find everything I needed. He encountered me and was ready to help in any way. I Will definitely be back during his work hours. Also, the Hispanic girl in the self-checkout was so friendly and sweet. Great experience.

Store employees do nothing to enforce their own mask policy. Several people were shopping with no face coverings at all and no one told them to put a mask on.

Erin at the paint counter is very competent and helpful. Definitely recommend this store.

The Mission Viejo Home Depot is one of the easiest and friendliest Home Depot's in the area. Workers go out of their way especially in the tool rental department to help you.

1/15/21Terry in Hardware went out of his way through several departments to help me find everything I needed, and he helped by advising me on the correct items I needed for my project. Louis helped me at self checkout. Customer Service desk very friendly, Daniel and another tall man. Redhead lady in appliances very kind 1/16/21. Female flooring manager always awesome.Troy in flooring awesome in past. A young man, about 5’8”, slender, with dark hair in paint also was very helpful and kind 1/16/21. 1/15/21 and 1/16/21 were great shopping experiences in which no one knew I am disabled with chronic illness. This staff helped me on their own accord. A young man handling carts approached me and loaded my car the evening of 1/15/21, kind conversation. I live in SJC and could go to any store, but this is MY store.

Home Depot Manager Justin is very knowledgeable and very helpful. He’s the reason Home Depot is my go to store for all of my tools. Great service every time!
