Outstanding assistance by Pro desk staff and Justin Assistant manager. He is a problem solver and gets things right. Overall pleased with this store.

The service is horrible. Noone around to help. And if you find someone they Are trying to help someone else. Then If you manage to find what you came for, you go to check out and have to put yourself to work and check yourself out because they don’t have any cashiers!!! Unbelievable!!! HD isn’t using people to help on the floor so where dod the help go? The ones that do want to help are overwhelmed and over worked!

Associates are always helpful, and this store is very clean compared to other Depot stores.

I've been shopping at this Home Depot location for over 20 years, but am inclined to look elsewhere now. The self-checkout process is a nightmare. The lines are very, very long, not all lanes are open, not all lanes accept cash, people cut the lines, and there aren't enough Home Depot staff present to manage the process. Until they get their act together, I will be shopping elsewhere.

Need more employees at garden section and additional employees in certain departments at all times.

I've been shopping at this Home Depot for many years, but the new self-checkout system just isn't functioning well. On my last three visits, only one checkout machine was accepting cash payments, resulting in very long wait times. Multiple machines aren't functioning, and employees are just standing around, whereas prior to implementation of the new checkout systems, they would have been checking out customers. Having a self-checkout option is great, but not at the expense of customer satisfaction. I would think a better customer experience could be provided if both self-checkout and employee checkout options were available, as in other home improvement chains. At present, the new system just isn't cutting it.

Nice new counters; lines move faster. The new look is great.

The appliance department clerks suck

I visit this particular Home Depot at least once a week, primarily because it's conveniently located, and I know my way around the store. The store is relatively clean, and inventory is usually in stock, and employees are generally friendly, although it's not always easy to find someone to assist you. The BIG issue I have right now is the new self-checkout system which was recently introduced. Bottom line, it's just not functioning well, and Home Depot needs to work out the kinks. I stopped by the store this evening at 7 pm and the checkout lines were extremely long. Half of the self-checkout stations were not open and roped off, and of the 4 that were open, only two accepted cash as payment. The frustration of the shoppers waiting in line was apparent, and the wait way too long. I can't imagine how bad it will be on the weekend, when the lines are 8 people deep already. I hope that Home Depot is not eliminating the conventional checkout lines.

The flooring department had the best selection, service, and installation proposal over many other competitors, for my Bamboo floors. The flooring staff, specially Grant and Mahroo were very helpful with the entire selection.

This store consistently has what my construction needs are and their prices are the lowest!

This store is always clean and the employees are helpful. I have visited many stores around Southern California and this is among the top five in my registry of stores. Management works well together and all my past and present circumstances have been easily resolved. I am taking the time to write this as I believe when something is done correctly that it should be given attention. Great job! P.S. Not only is he sharp & knowledgeable about building and lumber, he knows so much about other departments; and he is courteous and has a great attitude in helping his customers. We sincerely appreciated his assistance today at the store. We could NOT have finished our big project without him.

Having spent the past 3 years redoing my parents condo and home, I have had the opportunity to visit lots of HD Stores in different parts of the country. But this store still stands out from all the others; perhaps because this HD is "my HD", perhaps because we're just a bit more chill here in SoCal than in the rest of the country...or maybe this HD just delivers great customer service. As example, I have just purchased a Washer/Dryer combo and had a great experience during the whole process. Before going into the store I wanted to be prepared. So,I read all the reviews, I knew all the competitors prices, and went in ready to rumble. But what I got instead was - an easy, relaxed experience and a better deal than I had imagined. That's my HD.
