I recommend this location everyone they always have what I need.

Best time to go is M-F around ten. Not many people there. Better help during this time. Didn’t have to wait very long for help. Weekends there are so many people, hard to get around Overall good store

Home Depot is one of the best store chain around. It is not always easy to find help as so many people can't tell a screw from a nail, but you can find it and it is almost always the best in the hardware store industry. They usually have what I am looking for. If they don't have it, I usually have to make it or do something different. The store is as clean as any hardware store that does much business is. Disorder from thoughtless customers is kept at a minimum, but what can you do about thoughtless people?

I enjoy going in. Everyone is helpful! You can get all your home improvement items without running around to other stores! Happy Shopping!

Freda D in the nursery was extremely helpful. Another employee helped me find what I needed. But getting keys made was not good. I had to wait over 10 min to get someone to help me after asking 3 employees.

Great customer service. Couldn't use multiple gift cards for an online purchase where bulk purchasing was online available online. Sold 10 individual units at bulk price and used multiple gift cards.

Do not plan on getting any help from employees here. they keep referring you back to the website that has inaccurate inventory counts. Don't seem to mind wasting your time and sending you to drive from one location to another because they won't pick up the phone

Extremely poor customer service in the majority of the departments. Actually if you see someone on the floor and they sense that you need help they will turn and walk away swiftly. During one of my visits to Home Depot in Mission Viejo, I was looking for a stud finder the gentleman in that department I asked him where I would find a stud finder, he pointed down the long aisle and he said all the way down the aisle on the left, although they’re very high and you probably won’t be able to reach them just let me know if you can’t reach it. I would’ve hoped that he would walk down the aisle with me knowing that I couldn’t reach it the icing on the cake was that I had a brace on my knee which made It difficult to walk. He had no interest in walking down The aisle and return it for me. No he wanted me to walk down and then come back and tell him that I could not reach it.

An employee in the Lawn and Garden section by the name of Anthony was very helpful went above and beyond to help me out! Great customer service was provided by him! I can’t thank him enough for his great customer service...

I've shopped at this Home Depot for many years, primarily because it's conveniently located. The store is generally well stocked and employees are generally friendly and helpful. Although I applaud Home Depot for the safety measures they've taken during the current pandemic, those measures are not consistent throughout the store. It's great that the employees wear face masks, but the masks are only effective if worn correctly. The sales associated who assisted me during my visit today wore her mask on her chin, thereby negating any benefits of wearing one, and she was not the only employee doing so. The current pandemic is not over, and Home Depot management should insist that all employees wear their masks correctly.

I purchased an item from this store and later noticed that the homedepot.com price was much cheaper. So I called the store and asked for a price adjustment. The associate suggested that I return the item and order it online and then pick up the same from the store!!

The paint department employee used the wrong paint (semi gloss) and was unable to match the sample, but told me he checked and it matched. This is a non-returnable item. I am now out $31.98 plus tax. No issues with the rest of the store.

Everyone was wonderful at homedepot. Very thoughtful.
