Super clean & well staffed!

Employees are so nice!!

My review is based on my experience this passed Sunday. I waited in the tool department for what seemed like forever while the self checkout lady tried to page someone to come help me. I got tired of waiting and walked around looking for someone myself. I found Jessie in flooring, who is amazing by the way, and she went above and beyond. We watched a YouTube video together on diy Halloween decorating (for the wife). She showed me exactly what I needed and to attach PVC and make a gigantic spider. Happy family, awesome decorations and a great experience makes customers come back to you guys. Thanks Jessie!

Service at this store is almost always a notch about the other Home Depot locations in my area. It's worth the extra couple of miles.

It was shocking to enter a store and have not one employee greet me or ask if I needed assistance, which of course I did. I forced a woman to take my order and she didn't look pleased. I highly recommend you go there if you never want to speak to anyone while purchasing home decor.

Awesome store. Everything is easy to locate. Products are always stocked and great quality. Returns and exchanges are hassle free. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

I purchased 4 kolher toilets for a customer of mine they were taken out of the box and the boxes discarded. Customer changes his mind and now wants american standard. I purchased another 4 toilets. These have to be speacial ordered. I take the 4 kohler back to home depot for return and are declined. Brand new not installed. It had only been 7/8 days ago that I bought them. Manager said he couldnt sell them and that it comes out of his pockets. You could see that everything was still in its packaging just without the box.

The store in Lake Forest on El Toro Rd. is one of the cleanest and neatest hardware supply stores around. The customer service is excellent along with the cashiers. And you’re usually in and out quickly.

We have shopped there since it was opened. We are long time Mission Viejo residents.. The store has served us well throughout the years and we greatly appreciate it!!

well organized and stocked store, helpful employees

I'm at this store at least once a week or so. I rarely have any problems finding what I need. A woman in the flooring Dept was extremely helpful and patient with us when we picked out our kitchen floor. Much thanks to the crew there.

Employees were very helpful in locating a couple of very small electrical items. Garden Center has a very wide selection and I ended up buying more items than I intended but they had a couple of things that I had been looking for. Great deal on wild bird seed. Check out was quite busy in both regular lanes and self check out, had to wait longer than i would hope

I feel when you are learning to do repairs/ or upgrading your home. The information has to be on point. I feel the this Home Depot has some smart employees that are able to help you. If I don't feel that they are confident, they will find the answer for me. I like that. I don't have time to waste money and time. My experience has been good.

I used to go Home Depot whenever I need for my home and business. I had great experience from two staff in Mission Viejo location. Actually I need to order my garage door for replacement. I got the best price and wonderful treatment. I'll continue to go this location.

The outside garden was great. Multiple employees asked me if I needed help. The plants are fresh and a great assortment.

I have been a loyal customer for many years. Mainly because they have whatever I seem to need. Helpful and knowledgeable associates and a well stocked, accessible inventory keep me coming back.

Everytime I go into this Hone Depot, it is always getawesome customer service, friendly employees, service is awesome. The store is neat, clean and product is always there for me.

Maybe because I a definitely a senior, all employees are very helpful. lots of merchandise to choose from and I feel good when I leave. This store is always clean and organized.

The Mission Viejo store is my favorite of all the Home Depots in the area. Friendly helpful staff.

The store was clean and the flooring department people were helpful and courteous. I also purchased a toilet and again the associate was knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this store.

Worst customer service, had to drag a water heater across the store and then to my truck. Asked multiple times for help. Get the heater home to install and it's dented. Nice overall experience what not to do. Shop small, go to small business' and not these huge chains.

This store has excellent customer service, and handled all my requests with diligence. They have a great selection of items to choose from, compared to other stores. Ryan the manager went above, and beyond to help me with a rug purchase last week. I can always count on this store for great customer service.
