I was having a difficult time getting information regarding my order status. Initial visit to this facility was 3/30/24. Today I met with Aaron in doors and the manager Aaron who both were very professional and provided the best customer service.

I liked the customer service. I got help from Brenda and was able to find what I needed. She was very patient and remained calm throughout the entire process. there was an online error and she made sure that the error was fixed so I could have received my discount. I appreciate the kindness of its employees.

Came here to return an item. When we accidentally stood in the wrong area for the returns line after walking in (we stood under the Returns sign), we were barked at by the returns associate, Hingris, about how the line doesn’t start with us and to go find the back of the line. No reason to be rude and sarcastic. She didn’t even tell us where the back of the line started - it starts before you enter the store gates. Would no recommend, and this Home Depot should better train its staff in proper customer service

This is the best Home Depot to visit! The neat, large selection of appliances made our purchase possible.

Doing a total renovation and shop for appliances at the store. Select my appliance and schedule delivery for specific date 2 weeks later. Day of delivery, driver shows up, opens truck, range NOT in truck. Driver says they forgot to load it and driver will go to warehouse to pick and return. Get text hours later to reschedule as I was not there for delivery and no delivery could be made. Called store and spoke to appliance dept who told me they can’t help me. Their responsibility ends with the sale and I have to take it up with the delivery company. Totally dismissed me. Asked to speak to manager and “transferred” only to be denied disconnected. Tried calling back and transferred to a number that just rang. After hours of calling the HD # customer service # and delivery company. Allegations then made that the delivery was made but I refused the appliance because it was damaged. Not true. It was finally discovered the stove arrived at the warehouse damaged, they asked for a replacement but did not contact myself or the driver that the stove wasn’t being delivered. It would at least a week for another stove to arrive at Waterhouse. Home Depot pleasantville store dismiss the situation. Before making a large purchase here, really consider if it’s worth it to have support end there. There was no offer to help, there was no offer to intercede. No offer to get another stove in stock to me. Nothing other than “it’s not our problem. We only sell the appliances” Disgraceful. Give your hard earned money to a business that will support from purchase to delivery in your home.

The employees at this Home Depot are head and shoulders above employees at other locations. They actually approach the customer asking if they can be of help!! When do you ever see that? They are courteous, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to assist. I drive from Mt. Vernon up to the Hawthorne Home Depot because of these reasons.

Every other store let's you do self checkout--not this Home Depot. That means you have to wait on long lines, waiting for cashiers to deign to check you out. These folks would rather be doing anything other than helping you--they are rude and nasty--consistently.

Everything is so neat and clean! The employees are very friendly and helpful.

Abdul and his supervisor were super helpful in ensuring the broken tiles that I was advised were ready for pickup were reordered.

I had a very positive experience at this location. The staff are professional, kind, and helpful. They patiently answered all of my questions about the products I was interested in purchasing and they helped me navigate the aisles. I was very pleased with how quickly I was able to shop with the help of your staff. I will definitely be frequenting this location.

products have really gotten cheaper ... 2 X 4's be prepared to search for good ones at least 1 good out of every 10 pieces. Sakrete multisand no longer is dry sand, it now is wet in a plastic bag and doesn't resemble sand anymore. If you need wood be prepared to only find food style shopping carts to carry it. Loading area has cars and trucks parked there while the customer shops so be prepared to hump your wood with food cart uphill to your truck.

The store is generally clean and the employees help when asked a question.

We went to and purchased a transfer pump and when we got home not only was the wrong part in the box but it was a rusty old part.

Igor Mitiaev, the appliance specialist has excellent customer service skills. He helped with an entire online order totaling thousands of dollars. He even helped to apply for a store card.

I bought a door at the Home Depot and Markell in millwork was extremely helpful answering all of my questions and helping me to pick the right door. When the door was installed we noticed it was damaged. Darin in millwork called me and was instrumental in refunding My purchase and getting me a new door. Tiff in customer service worked tirelessly to process the refund and purchase of the replacement door which proved to be a challenge with the computer system, she had to try numerous times to get the transaction to work correctly. Everyone went above and beyond to help and were always kind an pleasant throughout the process. I have been to the Home Depots in New Rochelle Yonkers and Port Chester and I will never go to another Home Depot again. The employees in Hawthorne are absolutely the best.

I went into Home Depot in Hawthorne looking for an appliance package with certain features within a certain budget. Igor was extremely nice, knowledgeable & helpful. So were the 2 people who pointed me to Igor - though I did not get their names. Super nice people work in this Home Depot.

We purchased a new dishwasher from sales associate Igor. Go see him. No commissions are involved but he is a pro and all ways to get you what you need.

Always a fan of great customer service and I'll usually acknowledge via review. Thaje was very helpful and even went into finding me a better deal for my door know that would help me as we had trouble finding what I originally was looking for.

The Manager, Mike, worked the register during a busy time. He did it with a smile and good words about his staff. It's nice to have a guy like Mike trying to make everyone's day better!

Very satisfied with purchasing pre made paint for my deck project. Previously purchased from a local store that was prepared based on sample chart and was dissatisfied with colors both time. Resulting colors were off target for a deck. Store had declined twice to offer suggestions on approach colors. Home Depot had several colors appropriate for a deck pre-made, off the shelf, the light brown perfect for me. Salesperson was an expert in paint and provided several accessories such as a roller and a complimentary paint can opener. In and out of store in 15 minutes.
