Clean store and easy to find what i was looking for.

I recently bought a house and Home Depot has become my go-to store for everything, I go at least once a week. I've used the curbside pick-up, in-store pick-up, and have also had to return some items. I'm amazed as to how easy it is to return. The Customer Service team looks like they get along great, always helping each other out, amazing teamwork, looks like a great place to work at. I've also needed help throughout the store and there's always someone from Home Depot available to answer my questions. I have nothing but good things to say about this store.

I recently purchased storm door online , in stock ! I requested curb pick-up. when I arrived I followed the E mail instructions. Within 5 minutes two young guys were walking up to my car and loaded the door inside for me. The two guys were polite and courteous. I was back home in no time !

I always get what I need here, and the sales associates are very helpful!

I do not want to rate this store at this time for I had a very bad experience. I will be back to rate the store and leave a outcome review after I see how they handle my situation. Due to me not being able to finish without a rating, I have no choice but to leave a No I won't recommend the Hawthorne/Pleasantville store, due to my Horrible experience in this store. This is a Civil Rights Issue. This store gets a big fat O

I live in lower westchester NY, and this store is so much better than my closest branch (Yonkers). I always take the longer trip, just to enjoy the experience.

Well, I have frequently seen the owners and founders of Home Depot on TV and have had a good impression of their concerns and values for their customers and employees. My impression is that this store is a good reflection of the owners / founders; their good values and attitude of service to their customers. The store reflects the owners / founders. I always appreciate goodness. Thank you.

Checked the app to make sure they store had the item. With 9 in stock i made the drive to the store, waited in line and there were none on the shelf. The employee looked overhead and didnt see it and said we dont have it. He asked me to follow him around the store to make sure no tampers were being used for signs. Finally to a manager Edgar who was arrogant and said 9 is not a high number to show in stock if they are not there thats it we dont have it. He also mentioned that they are often taken and used to put signs on around the store and that some were cemented into buckets out front of the store for the corona spacing line and they dont take the items out of the system when using around the store. No offers to help me find and purchase the item, check other stores etc... nothing. Terrible service and management.

My first visit to this store and it was AWESOME! The STAFF so helpful and friendly. The Manager comes to help you load up your car . So many outdoor choices...I have to go back soon. Thank you for a wonderful morning! Thank you for making me feel safe!

This store is very small and the customer service is repeatedly atrocious. Super convenient for me but I will sometimes go to Portchester or Yonkers if I know I will need any assistance.

David, in the power drill department, was fantastic. He provided me information on deals, specifications of drills, and gave me general advice. He even got me a shopping cart without me asking because he saw I was carrying a lot of items. He is the reason I would come back to this Home Depot.

Joseph and the team in Customer Service exemplified the term "Service." They went the extra mile to help me with my critically urgent purchase. Kudos to them!

I recently completed a kitchen renovation - it could not have been as successful as it was were it not for the excellent support and services I received from three employees in the Mt Pleasant store. Louis J (kitchen designer) Malta M (customer service manager) and John V (specialty assistant manager) all were very knowledgable and upbeat. Bravo and thank you!

Chris and CJ in Lumber are phenomenal, they go above and beyond to help the customers. I was looking for a thick piece of wood for my son’s bed and they recommended the right kind and cut it to fit perfectly. Great Job Chris and CJ Happy holidays Kisha

MT. PLEASANT STORE IS THE BEST HOME DEPOT! I have shopped at various Home Depot stores over the years. My first experiences were good (~25 years ago) ... but then, for many years, we could not get anyone in-store to assist us - ever - and rarely went to Home Depot(s). The good news is that this year we've had multiple 'very good-to-excellent' experiences at Home Depot -specifically Store #8456 in Hawthorne.

The worst experience. Bought a Bosch diswasher. Could barely get any assistance in store, they when we did, the associate was surly and uninformed. We should have taken the hint and left while the going was good. But we did buy the dishwasher. Turns out when the installers arrived they would not install dishwasher, claiming it was a custom job... Would not install because there is a granite counter top. Firstly, the very inadquate associate, did not ask us to review a checklist which would have at least told both parties there could be an issue. Secondly there are side mount clips on the dishwasher that does not require anything custom. Thirdly, the installers wouldn't wait for us to take out old dishwasher ( we were forced to do so, since they woudn't) so now we have to contact the store to have the old dishwasher taken. The entire experience was unprofessional and inadquate.

Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Products I need are always in stock. Great garden dept

Well organized and clean. Staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. Plenty of parking and never to crowded. Employees assigned to the self checkout are ready to help and cashiers handle transactions quick and accurate especially Merlinda. She’s GREAT !

The store is clean, well organized and well stocked. They have a large garden center with a large variety of healthy plants. The staff is friendly and helpful. We live closer to other Home Depots, but we prefer to shop here.

I shop this store almost on a daily basis, they usually have everything in stock that I'm looking for. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. I prefer this Home Depot over many others in the area.

We were pleasantly surprised by the level of service we received at a Home Depot. The associates we encountered were friendly and helpful. With assistance, we found most items we were looking for (or were able to compromise) and we were ably assisted by Pamela in flooring to place a homedepot.com order for the flooring that was not in stock at the Hawthorne store
