You can also call first to confirm a tool's availability, or visit our tool rental page to see if it's offered at your favorite store. If it's not, try another nearby store or reach out to our Rental Center associates to discover where that tool may be available. Can I rent a tool for a day?
Tool rentals start at four hour time slots. Simply choose the length of time that suits you. Small home improvement jobs may only require a rental for a few hours, and long-term projects can also be accomodated. You've got options to rent tools by the week, day, or month, too. If you need it longer than anticipated, call the Rental Center for an extension and avoid late fees.
When do I bring the tools back?
You can return the tools early if you complete your project faster than planned, but on-time works, too. As long as you return it by the deadline you were given when you rented it, you'll be good to go. Please clean off residual dust, mud, and grime from the tool as well. If you need them longer, call your rental center to see if you can extend your rental period.
Do table saw rentals come with saw blades?
Yes, saw rentals typically come with blades, but we recommend that you buy your own. Your rental likely won't come with a new blade. However, you may luck out and receive an excellent blade on the saw. As there's no guarantee, it's smart to buy a suitable blade, just in case.
