i bought hardboard today and needed help finding the one i needed. a guy did help me after many employees walked by me and clearly saw me but did not stop. he was very rude and corrected me on the aisle number i said (i said aisle 15 bay 1), he very rudely told me no aisle 1 bay 15. I WAS STANDING ON AISLE 15! many employees here were so rude and especially this man. he did not help me get the hardboard down or ask if i needed help- this item was above my head. i ended up climbing on stuff to get it out partially then found one employee who was much more helpful, her first day on the job.

The customer service was great they help me all the way to it was time to check outI haven’t use my key yet but most likely I know I’m gonna love it

Not sure how doers can get anything done. Your store in North Arlington (Texas) is a disaster. I am in the middle of rebuilding a fence in my backyard and you cannot keep simple basic items in stock. I am on the last stage of my project and this is what I have to look forward to. PT Pine fence board less than 80 in store. The lumber associate is a real jerk. He basically told me I should upgrade to another board and not be so “cheap.” I have been using these screws my entire project. Yellow coated star 1 5/8 inch Deckscrew in the 5 lb box. Website says 7 in store, none actually exists. Store manager on duty was a jerk about it too (per hardware associate). Now, I am forced to use screws and inch longer than I need to put up a simple fence board. The entire store is in disarray. Most aisles are blocked with merch on carts, can’t get to anything. Most associates act like they hate their job and unhelpful. You need a management change at this location ASAP.

My salesman was FANTASTIC. Y’all not switching my fridge doors after purchase and not telling me I had to do so before purchase and making me return the refrigerator, repurchasing and putting in an order for such an easy thing if I want them switched, is not fantastic

I went in to the Home Depot store #0554 and had the best experience, at 6:00 am!! Everyone was cheerful and helpful, especially Lynn OX!

The Arlington Store went above and beyond to solve the problem I had.

Ray refused to acknowledge me. No other customer in sight. 5 feet from me on the other side of the counter. Walked away and ignored my question.

Although I do like going to Home Depot, this last purchase was very frustrating and upsetting, bought a $700 grill and Home Depot advertise free assembly, free delivery, in order for you to have free delivery you have to have a full day off , if you want it in a window time it is $20. Having said all the above, I get my grill delivered, and it’s in a box fully unassembled, call the store, then there is the words this you could bring it back, our installers on here till Tuesday, which is five days away just a hassle, I’m not in the profession of building things, but I did take it out myself to do it, and I got $50 back on my credit card which is not cool, I’m not asking for much guys. I’d be asking for a $50 gift card plus the $50 on my visa, that would’ve made me happy. Going above and beyond is no longer a thing in the service business. Thank you for your time.

My husband and I had to return a lawn mower that had a manufacturer's defect. Steven was at the returns register and he was the hero of the day! An employee like Steven that's knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and efficient really represents the entire store in a very positive way. Thank you, Steven!

Don’t ask the white man Donald at hardware for help !!!! He will tell you they don’t have the items you need , just so he won’t help you out !!!!!!!!!!

We always receive excellent customer service in the appliances department. We have now completely renovated our kitchen with Home Depot cabinets and appliances. There is no pressure to purchase the most expensive products or appliances, and honest information is always given with a smile.

This is the worst Home Depot I have ever been in. Very dirty, unorganized and messy. Only self checkout open and half of them did not work. Managers standing around could care less.

The customer service in paint, cashier and supervisor were all excellent. Thank you Home Depot. You never seem to disappoint in N. Arlington.

Cyrus was very knowledgeable of the subject that I was asking him about. In this case it was pneumatic nailers. His answers and explanations were way more than I expected and he was more than patient with my questions. Top notch employee!

I have been in several Home Depots in the area for a small project in my bathroom. Only once, at this store, did an employee actually approach me to assist me with this plumbing order. All other times, I was ignored

I was able to find the correct rope size I needed for a couple of projects I'm working on. Godd amount of inventory on hand.

Rodrigo went the extra mile to help me. Rodrigo has excellent customer service skills. I will definitely will keep going to Rodrigo on my next project.

This store always has everything that I need available, staff is always available to help with any question or needing to help find proper supplies.

Excellent location. Generally can find what I want, if not, Home Depot will order the item and ship it free.

Sometimes we get frustrated because not enough people here to help. For us who know there is always help, cashiers, managers and even lot guys

Staff simply stood around laughing and talking with each other with customers nearby. Products were difficult to locate.
