All the employees where rude to me in the store and couldn’t help me find what I needed and didn’t bother to show me without them giving me an attitude. The only employee that was able to help me was a girl named Xiomyra and she was kind,sweet, and friendly even after I told her I was frustrated with all the employees not helping me and being rude. And she was able to show me where to go to find all the things I need without giving me a attitude. God bless this young lady and please let her know I said thank you and I appreciate her helping me.

Everyone at this store is extremely friendly and helpful! I'll come back to this location even though it's farther from my home!

Avoid this store. Rudest employees I’ve ever met in a customer service setting. Came specifically for a few items and after being unable to find them, checked the website and the app both showed 10+ on-hand and listed the exact spots I had been looking in as the location. Not there. Tried to find an employee, closest was lumber and he blew me off saying ‘not my area’. Same story with the next employee I could find (appliances/flooring). Least you could do is check the inventory on your computer. Guess not. I’ll strongly think twice before returning to a HD - even if I have to drive out of my way or order things from other stores.

This store had three of the finest, hardworking women that I have ever seen. They loaded my compost, and peat moss... all heavy and insisted that I not help!!! Friendly, helpful, hardworking.... and enjoyable to be around!!! Outstanding!!!!!

Clean, well stocked. Found what I needed quickly. Used self checkout with no wait time.

I had a BBQ grill assembled here and it was a terrible job. First of all one of the feet was missing from the grill and when i told the cashier they went and got another and i took it home--did not fit. Second we waited 3 days for this to be assembled and when we got it there were cobwebs on it--apparently it was already assembled somewhere? When we ordered it we also ordered BBQ tool set and when we got there they said they were out of stock. When i got home and looked closely at grill not only was it the wrong foot but the heat shield was just hanging underneath--they left off one of the screws? It was a complete disaster from start to finish. If you must go to this store for your own sanity DO NOT ask them to assemble anything otherwise you will just have to do it over anyways. we have also encountered some very rude cashiers at this particular store. I have been a long time Home Depot customer and never had any problems but this store is a disaster.

Workers are very attentive and know exactly where items are very sufficient

Do not choose curbside checkout unless you want poor service. They have inexperience employees shopping for you that will choose the most damaged goods. Once you have it in your car, you can either wait in a very long line to exchange it or just "eat" the loss.

Great organized for social distancing.

The store is always clean and organized so it makes it easy to find what I’m looking for. Everyone is always smiling and with a positive attitude eager to help.

Employee helping me obviously didn't want to be dealing with me. Asked about an item in inventory and he looked online instead of store inventory. He told me it was a special order. I had to tell him that he had one in stock and where it was. He proceeded to do things on computer never saying anything to me. Got on a personal call. Rang up a personal purchase of two face masks even though he was told that customers were allowed to purchase only one. Finally asked another associate to check the inventory for my item still ignoring me and still on personal call. After waiting 20 minutes he started ringing up my purchase and writing up my will call order. His name is Anthony according to his tag/apron.

This store is almost always busy with customers. That tells you a lot of people are satisfied. I find their stock mostly ample, their prices comparably competitive, their customer service better than most, and their location convenient. I have been a patron for a long time.

Horrible experience! Store is an absolute mess. Waited in garden to check out for over 20 minutes. The self check out does not work. So not ready for spring.

This is the best Home Depot store I come to. Always good people working. It’s easy to find what I need and get back to work.

Our cashier was rude. She didn’t acknowledge us with a greeting, she didn’t make eye contact once, and she didn’t thank us for shopping at HD. She had a bad attitude and acted as if we were bothering her. I’d fire her if I had an employee like her.

I've been to several home depots across the country and I was struck by the utter lack of empathy and care for their jobs. If you don't want to work, don't come to work. This particular location is abysmal.

The employees at this location are so willing to help. This store is so much easier to shop in than the one in south Arlington.

Love shopping at The Home Depot in North Arlington off I30. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I never have to wait to long in lines either. I also seem to find what I am looking for. They have plenty of stock. But, Saturdays can be busy.

We were cheered by the greeting we received. The store was mostly clean, the only exceptions being some stocking going on, which is to be expected. We were wandering and looking for ideas and did not require special assistance, but associates did greet us and offer any assistance they could. It was a good experience.

Can always find what I am looking for or find an employee more than willing to help me find it. They are knowledgeable in their areas so it's easy to get help if we have questions about our home projects.
