Another great Home Depot store - wonderful employees!

The store was pretty clean, well lit, with lots of smiling and helpful employees. The only issue I had during one of my visits is that this store was out of product(fans) during a time(the summer) that you would think they would have TONS of product.

The attendants were not focus on customer service, I spoke with a total of 4 people on my visit wich 3 of them were very rude and one was been argumentative, I down here to get my supplys for work this week alone I been to home depot 9 times, I do not have time to argue with with anyone specially when I need to get parts to get back to work,

great store home depot (201 rd to six flags west, 0554 Arlington tx) friendly employees, pretty easy to find stuff .signs are easy to see.(one stop shop)

The store was very clean and the employees are very helpful.

The north Arlington store seems to have very much improved as to what it had been not that long ago. Over the years I have shopped in the garden department, for example, and I frequently noticed flowers and other plants suffering from lack of water in the summer time, not one, not two, but dozens. I thought to myself that good management personnel must not be checking that area or they would have seen what I had seen on a variety of occasions and what a shame to see good inventory simply lost to neglect. Such lost inventory means less profit and ultimately more cost to the customer. I once wrote to Home Depot committing on this fact, but never saw any long term change. I just assumed that it reflected poor management down the chain of command as good store management personnel would never let that type of thing happen. I was in the garden department, among others, on my most recent trip and all looked good, but of course it was winter time. However, that said, the over all looks of the store and the sales person that I dealt with in the door department reflected the kind of professionalism that was a real credit to the north Arlington store. Keep it up! 1

The store had 1 cashier, they had more people at the front desk than anywhere else in the store. And it was almost impossible to find an employee in the tool section without standing in a line for 30 mins . Luckily the 1 person that asked to help me was a new manager that took the time to answer several questions.

I like talking with a home depot associates about the products I wish to purchase. Most of the time I need guidance on what to purchase and how much. I love home depot helping their customers like me. I front customer service desk is world class. I know them all by name and they know me by my name. Went for 15 $ item and Daniel helped me in the Drill Department. Went out of his way when new item not on shelf, and went to back and retrieved the DeWalt drill I was interested in, and I ended up spending about $160 more in the store. This was after another would not go that extra mile to help. Latter found out it wasn't his department, but the employee that would not help, stated they were in the back, but not stocked out. He advised there was three in inventory, but would not go the extra mile as DANIEL did. Youthful employee was no help, but more senior in age did help. I also purchased items within the wood molding department after being helped by Daniel. Was about to leave and the cashier said to wait, and she would get someone to help me. NEED TO HIRE MORE SENIOR PEOPLE. THEY CARE about customer relations.

I appreciated the sales clerk in walking me to the aisle to find what I needed. He also walked me to another section to find an additional piece I would need to accomplish the purpose for going to Home Depot.

I needed some help making a cordless drill purchase. I had already struck out at another hardware store in Arlington. At this Home Depot store I received outstanding assistance from an employee who answered all my questions quickly and completely. I was able to make a confident purchase and make great progress on a project the same day. Nice!

The store I frequent is at 201 Road to Six Flags West in Arlington, TX. That store used to stock a wide variety of Velcro items and was the store I always went to when I needed that product. I went there today and was amazed to see the lack of variety. What was available was a single column on a pegboard with a variety of "Command" products but nary a Velcro product. The inventory that was available was very limited and in some cases, the hooks for a particular product were totally bare.
