I needed quite a bit of help getting a lot of parts together to install a shower, toilet and hot water heater for my new home. A gentlemen who goes by "Joe the Plumber" was the best Home Depot employee I've ever encountered. He amassed an entire team to help me! It took him, a forklift and four other employees to get things together and loaded onto my truck. Without his efforts they might have missed out on a $1000+ sale. Great job, Joe!

Do not go here if you are a builder trying to buy large quantities. The building isles are so jammed with carts full of unstocked merchandies that you can barely get down some of the isles.

We needed to change the delivery date for our refrigerator. The staff member who helped us took care of all the details to do that.

I prefer coming to this store instead of any others. They always have a better variety of flowers/plants than any other Home Depot Ive been to.

I have shopped this store for paint, hardware, tools, garden etc. Always good. Employees are courteous and helpful. Paint Dept. very good and matching paint color.

Store had what I needed. My local store didn’t have the table saw I needed but made a trip up to Frisco and was worth the drive.

Everyone that we interacted with were helpful and knowledgeable. Every question answered quickly when asked.

There was glue spilled on the floor and the manager did not seem to care that it ruined my orthopedic $116 pair of shoes.

The sales person was friendly and very helpful. Although the washer/dryer were not in stock it took little time for the order to be finished and a date to be set for delivery. The store was well stocked and neat.

The North Frisco Home Depot store is always stocked with the items I'm looking for. The employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I have been shopping there for over 5 years and will continue to shop there for my home improvement needs.

At check out the cashier, Makenna, was extremely helpful as I had a large item that had been open and we checked to make sure everything was there.

All associates are kind and most of them are knowledgeable. I like their service which is not comparable with their competitors.

Even on a Saturday, everything was clean and not too crowded. Staff is always friendly and ready to help.

Staff was helpful when tracked down. Got a surprise when opening sander box at home , it was a retuned tool and had saw dust inside it...

Huge Shout Out to Tristan in Lumber! I approached Tristan as I was getting ready to check out and asked him if he could help me find a box fan before checking out. He enthusiastically agreed to help me find the fan. He looked in several places, but was unable to initially find the fan. He recruited Courtland and Ron in this endeavor. They checked the computer and confirmed the fans were in stock, however their location was unknown. Tristan and I went on the hunt for the fan while my husband and Ron when in search in a different part of the store. We eventually found the fan at the back of the store at the very top of the shelf. Tristan refused to give up. He wanted to make sure I left the store with the requested product. He was truly amazing. This goes above any customer service experience I’ve ever encountered within the retail setting. Thank you Tristan!
