I live near this store and was happy when it opened years ago. The first few years it was a great resource with helpful employees. Now they scatter like mice when u approach. The propane sale area is a disaster. It never works. The "call the attendant button" is a joke. I have wasted more time and money at this propane station than I care to admit. They start stocking the shelves early so complete aisles will be shutdown an hour before closing. The self service checkout is a joke. I always try to get cash back on my debit card but these machines don't all do this service. You can't tell which ones do. I go to the cashier line and she acts like I'm bothering her.

I was here and very tired due to staying up too late and the time change. Nicole came out of no where like a caffeine wielding superhero, she showed me where the monster energy drink was and I proceeded to the cashier station, in my sleep deprived state I went to a credit only self serve station and failed to notice the giant signs that said no cash. Luckily Linda came to my rescue and pointed out the error of my ways. Now i am highly caffeinated and ready to work.

Naomi who frequently manages the self check out is ALWAYS friendly, competent, and goes the extra mile for customers PLUS she remembers you! Hundreds of customers come by and she remembers people... now that is excellent customer service and the reason I shop this store. As a builder I spend about $200,000.00 per year at Home Depot and I will continue to give you my business. Keep up the great work... PS: Randy is also a great person and has always helped us... Didnt want to leave him out of this review!

I USE THIS STORE FOR ITEMS NEEDED AT MY WORK OFTEN. THEY ALWAYS HAVE WHAT I NEED.

Awesome customer service from all the associates specially Jenn from the paint desk, PLUS they are ALWAYS STOCKED up on what I need!

All the associates at this store are super helpful. There's one in particular, Jose in plumbing, who is always smiling and willing to help. He's full of knowledge, which helps me make decisions. The store is always well stocked. I can count on finding what I need.

I have used thi store for many perches and I was always treated well and the same exlent service

very easy to find all the products I was looking for, very knowledgeable associates that helped me without me even asking for help. all in all, I rate it 10/10

Team Members were helpful and friendly but the table saw was not working at the time I was there which meant I did not fulfill the purpose of me going to Home Depot.

Customer service is very good if they don't know something they will get you to the right person who knows what you need.

The staff was amazing especially the first guy in tall gentleman holding down the entrance and carts, not to mention the awesome guy in light bulbs. Also Charles back in appliances really knows his stuff and has great advice and shows all the discounts and benefits. Moved here from Illinois and I am so happy to find such a great staff and quality store.

Had a very positive experience purchasing blinds at this location. The employees were friendly, competent, pleasant to be around, and very, very helpful. Absolutely no pressure was ever put on us to buy from them. The items we chose were considerably more affordable than comparable items we considered elsewhere. Service was excellent and the company stands behind its products.

Customer service associates are consistently available, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to provide support or suggestions.

They won't let me buy a stove top until they measure. They send the wrong type of contractor to measure. Now i have to go back to the store to reschedule so I can buy a stove top from them. Come on.

Clean store. Has what I need.

I ordered 6 chairs because it showed that the store had 8 in stock, I drove from Lewisville after making my order to find out the store only had one in stock. The customer service representative was very friendly and told me what other store showed to have them in stock. She called to confirm and asked for them to be on hold for me. If I was giving stars just for how the representative wad it would be 5 but since I drove to Frisco from Lewisville and then to Richardson for the item I ordered they dropped 2 stars. Had to take the tolls and wasted gas and time

We would like to commend your store for the lovely greetings from your employees when we come in. We want to thank Abbey at the from counter for helping us find the right person to help us at grills. Patsy in home and garden. You were so informative, friendly , and helpful in our decision to buy the right grill for us. Once again Patsy for making sure we got the right replacement piece when we found the grill had a bent part after we got home. Thank you too Steve who came to help us out with the part , and showing us how to need to be it back on properly. To the entire staff in home and garden. You are always friendly and helpful as you can be especially during the trying times of summer when you are so very busy! As well as the in store staff we thank you. You are Appreciated!
