The Home Depot on North Pleasantburg has always had what I needed for whatever project I was working on at the time even things I assumed I would likely have to go online to find. That brings me to homedepot.com. the items in a very broad variety of categories is so Great! If I need it, I can always find it either in the store or online and then pick up at the store. That's a great convenience and there's no shipping to pay.

Several people came to help us locate what we needed. Workers were very friendly

We had such a great experience today! We have been searching for cabinets for our laundry area and after the awful experience at a specialty cabinet store in Greer yesterday, our experience today in Home Depot was what we needed! Joey was so genuine and helpful. He went above and beyond while helping us and we are so thankful he was the one that helped today! Such great customer service and just a wonderful personality/attitude in general. I definitely recommend Joey and Emily in the cabinet/kitchen area! Emily was very nice when checking us out!

Managment cut hours. Waited on a forklift to load my truck for an hour. Finally hand loaded 80 lb bags of concrete. Employees said management cut back hours. Not real smart when thing are wide open. Very disappointed as home depot usually has better service than Lowe’s. Sometimes cutting back to make some extra money does not make sense when your customer service turns to trash. I see this as a management problem not an employee problem.

All the associates are knowledgeable and friendly and professional.The store is well equipped and organized.

Great store, great employees on the registers and loaders. Very impressed with the customer service ... unlike the "blue store" up the street. I go to Home Depot for all the serious building materials I need ... they have saved my projects from supply shortages many many times. Also have issues with the "other blue store" with returns and honoring my store credits which is NEVER a problem at Home Depot! Overall, Home Depot is very user friendly, have ample product variety and is a serious supplier compared to others. My go to!

Was running behind on a job and I had to run into the store because I was missing part of an online order. I was greeted at the returns counter by 3 associates and they handled my return and also was able to find all the missing items from my online order. Not the closest Home Depot to my house but had refrigerator I was interested in on display. Loved the store - especially garden center and found it worth the drive - will visit again

The store is well laid out, well stocked, with good employees. Beware the survey you will be asked to complete; if you needed no help and used no self checkout; answers cannot be omitted, and there is no "n/a" as an answer.
