The Customer Service at this Home Depot is marvelous! Renovating my home is so much better because this Home Depot stepped up to help me with everything and anything I needed. Their Department Employees are very knowledgeable and are so willing to keep me from making homeowner mistakes or spending money I don't have to. Store has great selection and one of the Reps. for Milwaukee in-store was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Hope I see her every time I'm in there.

I was greeted with a smiling face and went right to the products i was looking for. The cashier was very friendly to everyone in her line. Thanks for great experience.

Terrible customer service, every isle was in disarray. Employees refused to assist when needed. Attempted to buy a Milwaukee tool combo that everything in that display was chained down. After 30 minutes of attempting to get the product unchained gave up and left.

Found item we were looking for within a few minutes thanks to assistance in lighting section, and we had a fantastic cashier named Dianna who made checkout smooth and easy.

This store sold me a patio set and when i came back to pick it up they couldn't find it. They had to refund me after i returned 3 times and they still had not found the set. Then i was in there yesterday looking for brad nails and the person working the lumber customer service desk said she had no idea where they would be. Another associate walked by and i asked him and he said "I'm not sure, go back to the front where you came in and start looking down the aisles". Finally an associate came by that knew where they were and we went over there and my sister was standing there in front of them and had already found them herself. Sidenote: they were right across from the lumber customer service desk where the lady associate had no idea where they might be.

Used to be a great store, shelves are commonly not stocked now. Sales folks have no clue how to do anythign and always require a manager to assist.

Came in to buy a ladder and had wonderful help - both by the salesperson and the cashier. Friendly and productive experience - the way it should always be.

Just need a little more attention to getting people back to their project and out the door. Employees take their breaks in the bathroom handicap stall or private family bathroom.. I've seen this have a numerous times.

I had a very good day because the people who helped me were very nice and always had a smile on their face. This is why I recommend this store.

Don't shop at this store unless you're looking for their customer care team to care nothing about you or their store manager tried to miss you because you have a concern about your order be cancelled without your knowledge or purposely forget to send you your refund after cancel your purchases 45 days in prior.

Organized and well stocked store and great customer service!

The store employees have always been very knowledgeable and helpful every time I visit and have questions. On 5-12-19 Nick and Dianna were very helpful and provided great customer service.
