Great store with very friendly and helpful associates who are knowledgeable and know where products can be located and assist with questions.

Great store for contractors. I'd go out of my way to come here. Customer service is stellar, store is always clean and well stocked. Forklift drivers are quick and load correctly. Very friendly, good people.

This store has the best personnel. The shelves are always well stocked and associates seem plentiful, accessible, readily available and well informed. I do not work for Home Depot, own their stock, nor benefit from my statement in any way. But this store deserves a shout out. Their consistency is noteworthy.

Staff was friendly and proactive. Bought a large, heavy item to load in back of my truck. Three employees jumped in and loaded it for me. Great service!

As a residential contractor I am in this store daily. For the most part I am pleased with the selection of products and friendliness of staff. Home Depot executives take note please. I know everyone does it, but dare to be different. Take up all of the floor displays that interfere with customers' ability to navigate the isles, especially when the store is busy. That is extremely frustrating to anyone. Throw in the fact that I am not making any money weaving around, waiting, and picking up things that fall into the floor when I walk by, and it breeds hostility. I need to get my product and get back to the job so I can get home to my family before they are all in bed. Thanks.

Mark P and Justin in the plumbing department were super friendly and patient while cutting the pipe I needed. It was great old fashion customer service at its best

Appreciate John taking the time to ask if I needed any help as I was having a difficult time in finding a specific type and color of duplex outlet. Together we were able to find the right duplex outlet. Also appreciate Julie at the cash register as she took the time, at my request, to write down John's name on my receipt so I could remember to commend them both on the Home Depot survey form.

Aisles were labeled so I could find what I needed quickly & employees were helpful, so I got in & out of store in 10 minutes! Store was spacious & clean. will definitely shop here again!

Good experiences of late with the level of assistance I get. Paint and plumbing were the last two stops. Had very helpful, knowledgeable people who were willing to help me find what I needed.

Randy is Great!!

Randy in plumbing was outstanding in helping me to overcome a design dilemma for two pieces of furniture I was making to sell. I was incorporating black pipe in one and copper pipe in the other and he explained the differences in connections, and helped me figure out a way to configure the copper piece that I would not have been able to achieve, absent his input. During this discussion, he also assisted 4 other customers who inquired about items in other parts of the store and he answered with specific locations for said items with a polite intention to assist and create a great customer experience. Randy cares about the customers, their need to create and repair issues that were troublesome for each of five customers in a 30 minute span. Randy is, in my opinion the employee Home Depot should model their new hires after. So much for big box dismissing customers, I did observe just the opposite from Randy! Incidentally, I had great customer service also from Cheri, Shayla and Richie, albeit brief encounters.

Great employees that are always ready to help … and they know their business! This is my neighborhood go-to and I hope it never closes. I'd be lost. And my house would fall apart.

I go to this store at least 3 to 4 times a week everyone treats me as if I work with them I get a lot of help an ideas from them.

This store i have been coming to every single day, 6 days a week, for over two years consecutively. I can tell you right now this storw may not be the biggest in town, but it has comparable selection of products and has AMAZING customer service! Not many places have great servuce these days but this HOME DEPOT certainly does. Two thumbs up guys, keep doing what youre doing!

Donald at Pro Services was very accommodating, patient, knowledgeable and very professional. We had driven an hour and half to pick up a shed with a trailer and other items needed. He quickly worked out the finances using my coupon. We were sent to lawn and garden to pick up some of the other items and shed. Austin and Josh were very professional, very careful with our car and the products we purchased, following all rules for safety, swiftly loading all our items and checking the receipt. I was impressed with how knowledgeable they were about forklifts and loading. This shopping experience was one of the best!

Called store and spoke with Jacob C he was friendly , quick and efficient. Whole transaction took less than 10 min. Hope install will be as pleasant.
