Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by "Top Shelf" Service I ventured to Home Depot after work to purchase a few materials I needed for a shelving project I've been working on. While debating on my choices of popular wood; Court stepped in to see if I needed any assistance. He made sure I was aware of the pricing of the boards and when I was ready where I could find the cutting station once I made my selection. J.R. was friendly and cut the boards I needed to perfection! He even wrote the bar code number on them to help at check out. And finally Vickie! Who was courteous and welcoming as she rang me out for my purchases. The quality of care I received makes me excited about my next DIY project! I can't wait for my next visit. Thanks Guys! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Shopping Experience!!! I love the quality of products Home Depot carries in comparison to their competitors. On each visit to this N. Little Rock location the associates are always friendly and willing to help. If the store has what you need, the sales associate will definitely help you find it. I could not find the wicks for my kerosene heater because they had been moved, the young lady at the self-check out register did not stop until she found what I was looking for at the end of the store. This is the service I encounter every time I visit this location. Their service is phenomenal in this day and age. At some of their competitor stores, their sales associates see me looking for help and hid. November 24, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Paint purchase I had to purchase a gallon of paint to finish a project. I brought with me the remains of a gallon of paint (a different color than that which I was purchasing) in hopes of having it "shaken" since it had been sitting a while. The associate was very accommodating and cheerful. She promptly filled my order, then shook my paint (which had been purchased from Home Depot a couple of weeks previously). She did all of this with a kind heart and positive attitude that I deeply appreciated. I don't know her name, but this woman is a stand-up representative for Home Depot. My experience with the cashier mirrored my experience with this associate. It is very refreshing to have contact with pleasant associates who enjoy customer contact and have a good attitude. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleaseant shopping experience The store is well organized and structured. If you need help in an area, it is easy to get help from an associate. There are currently separate seasonal areas for decorations and for gifts, for all members in the family. Wonder if they have a gift registry for dads and the toys we might want? The only drawback I saw today, were the newly arranged tool aisles, the high shelves at the end make the aisle feel more crowded and less welcoming. Other than that, great place to get your serious DIY equipment and materials December 3, 2015
