Every time I frequent this store - which is A LOT - the staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked! I fully recommend it for everyone!

Every time I go into this Home Depot, I find that the employees are very helpful in helping me find items in the store that I need, Very friendly and customer service oriented.

Went to buy a water heater. Two associates walked by without asking if I needed help and the cashier did not ask if I need help getting it loaded into my vehicle Good product bad customer service

Self checkout was manned, but was told by employee that it was under staffed and not helpful.

They usually have one self checkout open and one pro checkout line open. If you’re wanting to spend half the day in the Home Depot checkout line and lose work production, this is the place for you! Staff here is always friendly here though. Seems like they just don’t have enough cashier employees.

I asked for help and the associates were not helpful or friendly. The associate I spoke with didn’t even stop walking to address me then gave me misinformation.

I'am happy to shop at your store.

Bought a a/c unit and n flagstaff, az but didn’t quite work out. Returned it here and bought a larger one without any issues. Oh and they took the garbage after Inset it up in my RV since my a/c unit went out.

Cory and Robin always make me smile while checking out.

I moved here 2 months ago and have been going to Home Depot basically 1-2 times a week every week for supplies. At almost every visit there is a cashier named Tori who helps us at checkout. She has gone above and beyond. We really appreciate her kindness and helpfulness. She always has a smile on her face and pays attention to us as customers. that is becoming more rare with younger employees. It is very much appreciated that she has been helpful and friendly to us.

Kelly Fling in Millworks is great! He helped me with a couple storm doors I purchased. Was very knowledgeable, helpful, and even saved me a little money. His service and help made my day!

North Thornton, CO home depot is the best location in all of Colorado! They always have what I need.

Seems to be like people are overworked and grumpy and don’t really want to make a difference for the customers in the store. They’re just trying to get their paycheck go home.

I like that I get approached with "Hey can I help?" Store is clean, check out is easy and I know the layout like the back of my hand.

We are finishing out our basement so our trips to Home Depot are frequent lately. No matter what we need flooring, bathroom fixtures or tools, we can always find knowledgeable people to help us. Everyone at Home Depot makes you feel like you are their best friend!

We have purchased many products from Home Depot, including bathroom tiles, refrigerators, dishwashers, lumber, trees, garden supplies, etc. We are pleased with the products and the service. Thank you Thornton Home Depot!

Nick in lumber and Cashier Arelly were a great team when I needed drywall. Thanks for the personal attention and for cutting the piece of drywall just right, so I didn't have to!!

Just needed one 2x4 and the associate helped me with a discount by finding one with a flaw, he cut it for me and it fit perfectly.

Purchased 4 paint samples 3 of them were just white paint with no color at all and the last one wasn't even close to what we picked out. This has nothing to do with room lighting or daylight changes these samples were just white. terrible experience with Home Depot. What's even worse is these samples are not returnable.

I come to this store at least once a week. I always have a great experience.
