I stopped at the Brighton location to pick up a gift for my Husband. The app said that the store had one. An associate helped me and we could not locate it. So I went to the Thornton store off Bridge and I25. The app said there was 5 instock. Turns out the store was out of stock as well, but the app said 5. So, I tried to find someone to help. No luck. I went to customer service. The associate tried to find someone. Called 5 people, but no one was available. The response that floored me was that the customer service clerk tells me to go to the other Thornton store. She sees that they have some in stock. What!?!?! Why would I do that? This store has 5 and who’s to say, my experience wouldn’t be any different. She goes on to tell me that they are understaffed and she can leave the desk to help me. She works at customer service! Home Depot needs to train their customer service clerks what Customer Service is about.

My husband and I go to this store very often. The employees are always friendly and helpful. They always have the product we need or help us find it. The employees go above and beyond and we appreciate it.

Very pleased with the assistance we got this week in lumber. Nate cut our wood with precision and really helped us execute a project that we were having difficulty with.

The employees at this store really care about the customers and go out of their way to assist. This is by far our favorite Home Depot location. People in different departments are always willing to help, even if it is not their department! If they can't figure it out, they jump on the radio and find somebody who CAN help, they don't just abandon you. I love these people!

We worked with Brittany in the PRO section on a question about pricing on a Rheem hot water tank. She needed her ASM Kathy, and between the two of them they helped me tremendously. They were very friendly, they listened, they made a decision and I greatly appreciated it. They show great customer service and compassion to my request. I will definitely shop their again because of the service these two ladies showed.

The Thornton store #1548 is absolutely my favorite place to shop. Every time I am in there, the staff/employees are always very, very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate everyone there.

Curt, in the lighting department was awesome! He was patient, and helped me find everything I needed. He even explained how to figure the brightness and color of light the fixture would use.

Daniel in the lumber department was awesome! He made finding the right pieces of lumber and getting them cut to size so easy and quick--which, with having 2 kids along with me, made all the difference

Larkridge Home Depot is the best . Give them all raises. They work for it!

Always has what we need at a reasonable price.

Convenience and helpful, Store isles too full of upcoming sale items would be better if there was a designated place for sales. But All in all I like Home Depot

Customer service has recently gone downhill. New Manager?

Customer service at the rental counter was terrible! Been looking at renting some equipment for a project. Price listed on the sign was not honored. Its been listed there for well over a week been planning every thing out. Online it shows the same price and only lists one model available at the thornton store! It is not listed anywhere that the one on the trailer was more. When i finally go to rent the equipment its 80 dollars higher than i had planned for at the counter! I dont care if this is a third part rental company! This has home depot name with it. This was terrible customer service wouldn't work with me at all basiclly said no and did not care at all! Not how you treat a customer!

Really good place to buy for home materials, it would be good if discounts are offered.

This store is always clean and well organized. I personally find the employees to be very helpful and well knowledge about their products. I love this store. It is the only home improvement store I go to.

I have shopped at this store for over ten (10) years making upgrades to two new builder homes. I believe that the availability of products was much better when I first started shopping there.

We were in the store and knew exactly what we needed. We found our 50 gallon gas water heater and were out in 20 minutes. Everyone was very friendly.

The employees at this location are always very helpful and friendly. There is one cashier at the front registers, she comes up and asks us about our family and children. She remembers all of their names and makes sure to ask about all of them. You do not see this a lot anymore, and I want her to know how much that means to myself and my husband. This is one reason I support this location, the little things like this- sometimes means the most!

I shop three differsnt HD stores, Boulder, Longmont and Thornton. As I stated initially McGuckins is sooper service. A clerk is stationed at the entrance, gives eye contact and directs to the isle needed for my purchase. This saves me time and frustration.

The girl in the paint department was very knowledgable and very kind and helpful.

I will write a short review of the plumbing department. I found the older gentleman who works their extremely helpful. He knew exactly what I needed and was constantly helping all the people around him. What a gem of an associate. I appreciated his helpfulness and that was refreshing to see.

They are always super helpful and friendly at this store. They take customer service seriously and it shows. Not to mention any names, but they are much more helpful than the other big competition down the road.

Your employee's name is Gayle in the garden department. She consistently asks after our family, our ongoing Home Depot projects, and really problem solves with us, as we work through some of our big home improvement ideas. She always greets me with a, "Hey lady! Something cool just arrived, come check it out!". I just really appreciate her consistent friendliness and enthusiasm for where she works. It's contagious and she pumps us up with new project ideas. She's another great reason to shop there!

Gayle in the garden department has ALWAYS made us feel so welcome. She always has something interesting to show the kids or me that's new. She remembers our projects that we're working on, and asks how we're progressing. She did a great craft party for my twin boys birthday and the hand painted aprons for each of them really made their day. When we head to Home Depot, and we do at least 3 times a week for our pergola build, yard, and flooring needs, we always think of Gayle as the "go to gal"! She IS Home Depot and the place wouldn't be half the fun without her!

The tool rental location is stocked and the counter personnel are knowledgeable as well as friendly! Really helped my crew get our ground mount solar system knocked out!

Friendly and knowledgable folks, almost always have what I'm looking for in stock. Much better than the Colorado Blvd. location in Denver (unlike any other HD I've ever been to -- cluttered and strangely organized). Doors and windows seems chronically understaffed, but maybe that's understandable -- leave extra time if that's where you're headed.

If you have to go this location you should think about taking the time to bypass this Home depot and frequent the Home depot in Norhtglenn on Grant st. where the customer service rock's and their professional , respectful and knowledgable.

This store is the closest HD to me, so I use it a lot. We moved from San Diego Ca 4 years ago and I worked for the Catterpillar forklift dealer there. I was the one involved with the TM&R contracts there. So I visited a lot of different HD’s. So I can be a good judge of the stores. I really like this store and would shop at this one even if it wasn’t the closest one to me. Always great employees and I cannot recall them ever being out of stock on what I went there for. Keep up the good job. Also the forklift drivers are always professional, which is something I’m always looking out for. Great job to this location.
