Val was awesome in helping me order cabinets and granite for my basement bar.

The clerk was extremely courteous and helpful. I received an email allowing me to get 10% off of my purchase. However, I forgot to bring proof of the email. Aliya told me not to worry because she would apply the discount herself. When I explained that I did not have proof, she told me that she trusted me and applied the discount. This made me very happy. Aliya treated me as a valued customer and not someone who was trying to scam the store.

I received a 10% OFF coupon on 2/27/21. When I was in the process of paying for my purchase of washer, dryer, dishwasher and microwave oven, I was told that the coupon could not be used for special financing with deferred interest. I recommend that this exemption be noted on the coupon.

I will not be returning to this Home Depot location. This would be a 1-star review if not for the friendly young man in Lumber and the friendly young lady at the Pro checkout. I was purchasing lumber by the foot, and most of my pieces were cut crooked. When I brought this to the attention of the older man in Lumber, he said, “That’s just the way it is. This saw has a draw on it. It’s designed to cut wood in half just so you can fit it in your car. It’s not meant for projects.” If all I cared about was fitting it in my car, why not just snap it in half? Why would I purchase a 3-foot board with a crooked edge just to go trim it down at home and waste wood? I’ve never had an issue with accurate cuts at the Home Depot until now (I usually go to the Broomfield location). I ended up returning the product because the crooked edges didn’t fit properly for what I was working on.

Bait and switch pricing. Sign says $2.50 for mulch. I have a photo. Was charged 3.33 and when I asked sales associate I was blown off. “Oh that’s for a smaller bag” I told him you need to switch your sign bc that’s false advertising. He did not go to tell anyone. What on earth?!

Convenient to find. Employees try to be helpful. Impressed with the safeguards they have put in place to keep employees and customers safe from the virus.

I would not recommend checking out at pro services the Ladies (cashier) there are super rude and disrespectful and make clown faces when they do not like something about you

I had a challenging time finding an item and asked Curt for assistance. He listened to me and then proceeded to find what I needed; I needed three of the same item and Curt located the item and the amount. I felt like a valued Home Depot customer by his personal service. Thank you Curt.

The staffing levels have gone way down. There is rarely anyone at the pro desk or at any of the other specialty desk. When you do find someone they do not look up to acknowledge you.

I have gone this store on several occasions. Sometimes I need help find items and I am always helped. The staff is friendly and goes out of there way to ensure I get what I need for whatever project I am tackling.

Stopped in this past Saturday, the day before Father’s Day at around 7:30 pm... The store associates were very helpful as I was in and out in a flash.

The associate took me to each isle and bin to locate each of the items that I was looking for. I was in and out in no time!

This is bar none the best HD store in the Northern Metro Area....Employees are consistent in the good service they offer. I always find what I am looking for with a little assistance...I prefer this store to any other in the area.

Clean friendly staff

During this pandemic this store has consistently had lines out front that have been in excess of an hour 1/2 to 2 hours at times. Contractors are being stuck in these lines losing money on their jobs losing money paying employees because they are given an opportunity to run in to grab the parts That are necessary to keep their jobs going. This is the only home depot in the area that is letting in less than 100 people at a time and it's affecting everyone who tries to go in or out of the store

Store employees are rude and will look the other way so they don’t have to help you. When they help they are short and rude. I’ve been going to this store for years and it’s a shame it’s gone to a new low with customer service

The main aisles are crowded out w displays. Hard to get around and makes the store look cheap.

Always helpful. The regular employee that have been there can not remember everyone's name but a few Chris, Dennis, Rob, and several others very very helpful.....

Store was dirty with too many isles blocked with equipment. Employees were too busy to help. Employees were concentrating on heading to their change room to even stop to inquire if I needed assistance. Even when I was able to flag down an employee, they did not help whatsoever. Even the check out employee seemed to be bothered when I needed to check out!

Went there to rent a palm sander. In the Rentals area, the computers were down and I could not get any help. I then was forced to buy a palm sander at considerably more cost. I'm a single senior and I live in an apartment. I have intermittent needs for tools and resent having to buy a tool that I'll very likely never use again.

Friendly helpful employees. One major concern is why the employees park in the prime parking spaces, making customer walk the distance.
