Always a great, friendly staff. If you've ever seen the movie "Mr. Deeds" then you know what I mean by sneakiness – staff just appearing out of nowhere to help. Love it and that makes the store a great resource to get in and out of for a quick project need. I go in with my family often (dogs too) and we can spend hours there, browsing and picking – always finding new things, always with staff checking on us to make sure we find what we want. When we start a project, this is our go-to place.

We rented a Kubota backhoe from this store. When we got it home we noticed The equipment had no Hydrolic oil in it. We had to leave the job to purchase 2 gallons of oil. The tractor was not in proper working order and could not dig further than 2 feet in the ground after 8 hours on it. We returned the Kubota the same day and told them we could not complete the job due to the poor working ability of the tractor. The associate told us it shouldn't have been rented to us because it wasn't "doing well" and we were offered half a refund. So over $140 to rent equipment that didn't work. The assistant manager was not helpful or apologetic. I wont ever rent anything from here again.

Customer service is great.

Purchased a new dishwasher last week, and Theresa in that department was so knowledgeable and efficient. I like the fact that after we sat down and did all that paperwork, that she ran my card back there as well and I did not have to go up front and wait in line to pay. Great customer service, and I was literally in and out in less than 30 minutes.

CONVIENT, CLEAN AND ALWAYS! HELPFUL

We returned a water heater which was under warranty, which can be a confusing process if you haven't done it before and try to deal with the manufacturer. We dealt with 2 employees who were very knowledgeable and helpful. After their explanations and assistance, we felt a lot better about the process and were able to proceed with no further problems. I've always had good experiences at Home Depot.

I returned a $16 item that was purchased by a gift card I received for my birthday. They treated me like a criminal when I returned this item, asked for my ID, keyed my informaiotn into their system - they say they have to refund Gift Card purchased to a store credit. Now, I have to use my ID if I want to use the store credit, They loast a loyal customer just over a $16 refund that I had my receipt for. So long Home Depot!

Don't go there if you want any help in the Lumber Department or if you need something cut. Unwilling to help and run the saw like its their first time.

You are my go to store whenever I need anything for my home. So many choices in all departments and prices are very reasonable. I love Homedepot :)

Great store

The employees at this particular store are so kind and helpful. I love shopping at this store BECAUSE of how they treat their customers. I never feel like I am wandering aimlessly, trying to find my way around. They are always there to help! Probably my most impressive visits was when I was looking for light bulbs. Elton took the time to actually plug in light bulbs and SHOWe the difference. He really took the time to help me make a good decision. So above what I expected

I bought a patio dog door. I had it delivered to my home because I do not have a vehicle large enought to haul it. When the door was delivered, I found out that it was too short to fit my sliding door. I called Home Depot, without hesitation they greed to pick up the door the same day it was delivered. I am very pleased how everything turned out. I got a refund for the patio dog door. How simple was that! This is a very friendly store!

I drive past Lowes to get to this particular Home Depot just because of the exceptional customer service I consistently get. Namely Gail in the garden center, and Candice at customer service, who now works in the cashier area. These ladies are smart, know their stuff, and are super friendly. Thank you Home Depot for hiring and training such great people!

Exceptionally helpful staff, well organized store always clean. Customer service desk staff is beyond great at helping solve problems. Their department specialists know their product lines and are more than willing to give detailed advice on how to accomplish tasks, do self-installations, what tools will help you most, which parts will do the job best, etc.

if you have major home project, do NOT... I repeat.. do NOT shop at this Home Depot. Worst service... actually no service... waited while an associate assisted another customer... once they were done, instead of asking if i needed any help, the associate turned and walked away.. thought maybe it was a one-time thing, but it happened a second time. circled the store at least twice... not one associate asked if i needed assistance. put my hundreds of dollars worth of items back. needless to say.. won't be shopping there again.

This store seems to have plenty of people on hand to help and when you do get help, they are friendly. I like shopping here.

I shopped at the store in Brighton a couple days before, and I had a terrible experience, I will never shop there again, but this store was a complete opposite

The store employee's were very knowledgeable and helped me find what I was looking for in a timely manner. they asked questions to make sure I had the right product for the project I was doing.

This Thornton location is amazing- from the supremely helpful and knowledgeable staff to the extra children's activities they do every Saturday (above and beyond the once monthly corporate events for kids), shopping here is always a pleasure.
