Slow with getting back to us on a simple flooring quote. It took 3 calls, a week and 2 managers to actually get one. They told us 24hr, the so called flooring specialist Cameron Luke was confused himself about the notes and extremely inconvenienced and bothered by our presence. I will shop HD again but only when I know what I want and not needing any assistance or help from their staff...

I couldn't find what I wanted in stocks and the customer service girl helped me come up with a way to purchase my items online by loading a gift card. With so many retailers these days not having cash options, it was greatly appreciated.

Today I had the pleasure of checking out with Clara. Clara was so kind and helpful. These are the type of employees that need to be hired!

I bought a toilet repair fill valve kit for my Toto toilet that is 20 years old. The kit was easy to install and works as desired. I go to Home Depot for all my needs.

I was looking for a drill/screwdriver and the associate was very helpful about finding the one I wanted and needed.

Whenever I come into this store, it feels like I'm bothering the employees to get answers for my questions. Waited over 10" for help, never came but there were 7 employees in an aisle shooting the breeze.

KNOWLEDGE OF ITEM SPENT $61 DOLLARS ON BEAR PAINT AND WAS TOLD THAT IT ONLY NEEDED ONE COAT .I CALL BEAR PAINT AND FOUND OUT THAT ONLY CERTAIT COLORS COVER IN ONE COAT AND THE ONE I GOT DID NOT

This is by far the most pleasant store I have ever been associated with. The employees are very kind and helpful. The store is clean and inviting and easy to navigate. The manager are most professional and Chris has been extremely helpful to our non profit in getting us the items we need for our bird sanctuary. We love this store.

I was looking for a leaf blower and wanted to switch from gas to battery power. The Home Depot had a good selection of battery powered lawn care tools.

Looked on line for products I needed. Told where each item was by isle and bin. In and out of store quickly. Prices very good, staff helpful at checkout.

I had the pleasure of working with Home Depot staff member, Noah “K.” in Flooring. He was kind, pleasant, helpful and went above and beyond to help me. He helped me gather the materials I needed for my shelving unit and he cut it without any hesitation whatsoever or any facial expression that would have made me feel I was an imposition for the ask. Then I asked about the Green Ivy outdoor rug. There was not a roll on the floor, so he checked the stock n the overhead n finding none, found a nearby store that had what I needed. CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND!

I have been going to this home depot since it was built. As a home owner, I usually average a couple trips a month at least. Very glad they offer a military discount since I am a disabled retired veteran. I can usually find what I need on the first try and if not, all I have to do is get one of the employees to head me in the right direction. Store employees are all friendly and knowledgeable. Great place for DIY materials.

I like the location and always enjoy the super staff, especially Lisa in the checkout area.

From the moment I entered the store until the time I left, each staff member was friendly and helpful. I was greeted by the smiling face of George and directed to the location of what I was looking for…and found what I was looking for in that exact location. When I was ready to checkout, George was there again with his smile and ready to assist with my checkout. George made my trip to HomeDepot a very pleasant experience. Good Job GEORGE!
