Short on help. Person at Flooring dusk gave me the air that she was busy and couldn't be bothered with us as she had a customer in front of her sitting down. Once we did have Sam, I am from another department.Help us things got much better. Mike Bill Glenn All moved the malfunctioning forklift out of the way so that we could finally get to our product.

I want to thank Serena for helping me with my purchase at your store. Hard to find someone who cares to help anyone anymore. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had the best experience in this paint department - ask for Carlos - I've been to a lot of paint places, and by far this guy here is the best.

I do not typically write a review but needed to for my last visit to Home Depot. The service I received from Mary was exceptional. She proved to me that there are still great customer service people in this world!

This particular store is just better, has better stock, and has more knowledgeable employees than others.

We do a lot of home renovations and we are always pleased with our shopping experience finding the items we need to get the job done.

The previous day I had purchased a lawn mower and 4 other items, but forgot my Home Depot card and coupon. The cashier told me it wouldn’t be a problem to bring the receipt back with my card and coupon to get an adjustment so I did just that. Today when I came in, the older guy with a tan hat, and white beard told me it was “too much work” to manually type in the numbers to re-ring the items after the return and to go home to bring the items back in with the receipt. Seriously? Typing 50 digits is more work than driving an hour round trip, loading up a mower and 4 other items, hauling them into the store, just so the lazy guy doesn’t have to type the numbers? I waited until the lazy, rude guy stepped away and then I returned to Customer service. Logan helped me out and was great. It took him less than a minute to do the adjustment, the same adjustment that the lazy old guy told me was too much work for him and to go home. This store needs more Logan’s, less grumpy guys.

I go here frequently to get gardening supplies. SamIam (Sam) is one of their best employees ever! She goes above and beyond. Listens well, very knowledgeable in the garden and is extremely attentive and helpful. Everyone should be like Sam! She is wonderful!

This was a third trip back to the store to find a replacement tub spout for my 1925 house. This time I asked for help, and Sam was super helpful! We work together to find the right fit, and then she suggested extra fittings within my budget. In case the tub spout did not work I could replace the inside, which I had to do. Glad I didn’t have to make a fourth trip back. SamIam in plumbing was helpful and knowledgeable! I love when employees and their certain sections actually know what they’re talking about.

I bought $700.00 worth of lumber from the pro department. I drove up to load my lumber in the pro loading zone because I am a pro member. The rude cashier lady came running out screaming and yelling at me to move my truck and that I couldn’t park there. I tried to explain to her what I was doing and she kept screaming and yelling so I parked my car and grabbed my lumber and she continues to yell and scream at me. I did nothing wrong.. I was made to feel like an inconvenience at check out. I will be taking my money elsewhere.

Both Kim at the Return desk, and Johnny at the self checkout register were super friendly and helpful with what I thought was going to be a difficult return and subsequent purchase of similar items. Turned out it went as smooth as could be, due to Kim and Johnny's help.

the best Home Depot I ever visited, employees are very helpful and kind. Everyone is professional and nice at the same time, each department has the best of the best people working there. Mike at the garden is a great man, Johny at the front is amazing. everyone there is just awesome. very pleasant experience, highly recommended

Sent mower out with a dead battery. Called corporate office to get it resolved.

Lately, it has become the norm to not have enough help at stores like this. The store was packed with customers and there was enough help. This store really seems to care about their customers.

Stopped by Home Depot to see if there would be any paint for chain link fencing. Danny approached, asking if we needed any help. After telling him about our next project & not sure if it would work….. Danny led us to a can of paint, partially spilled. It was on mark down & at a great price to experiment with for our project! Thanks to Danny, we can complete our project with more knowledge on how to proceed! You have an asset in this employee!!

I was having difficulty with the paints. Danny truly went above and beyond to make certain I understood what I was looking for, and the differences between the items. He did not make me feel rushed, explain things in a very easy manner, and was friendly throughout the entire experience, I wish more employees could be like him. I will definitely return here.

We are painting our kitchen and had to remove wallpaper, Jo in the paint department went above and beyond to help us and answer every silly question we had . She is so knowledgeable about her product and all areas of wall coverings and is a five star employee

I hate the new layout of self-checkout, and only having 2 cashiers not very convenient. I want and prefer a cashier to check me out for the items I purchase.

Becky helped me from start to finish. Knew where to go, knew the products and made recommendations, patched up a broken soil bag and walked me to the check out. Saved me oodles of time wandering around lost. So THANK YOU BECKY - YOU'RE AWESOME!

Will to help with loading item in car . Will to go out there way to make our kids feel apart of experience. This home depot really gets it with customer service . Thank you

I listened as he helped other guests before me. He really spent time to meet their needs. When it was my turn, he researched was I was looking for and when he didn't find it, he called someone else. He actually spends time to make sure you leave the store with the items you came in for.

Items were much more neatly packed ( not cluttered) Service was friendlier and more willingly helpful than other Home Depot outlets I have been to.

Berlyn was extremely helpful with my window return. She was very sufficient with her resources to make sure my return was done in a timely manner. I was able to leave &get my window installment done that same day!

Just to name a few, Tom in appliances, Sam (I am), and John R. They were all outstanding, friendly, and knowledgeable.

It seemed good to go shopping and have helpful and friendly employees. I had several of them stop to make sure I could find what I was looking for or ask if I needed help. I was thinking that they acted like "they liked what they were doing and not just doing a job."

If you're going to home Depot to buy paint make sure you go see Danny a+ service.
