Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great shopping experience Great shopping experience! The store associates were extremely helpful, even going out of their way to help me make up my mind on the items I wanted. I was in the store for at least an hour and a half, and actually had a good time laughing with the associates And feeling like I was a valued customer September 20, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Amazing Store Experience I came in to the store Sunday 09-11-2016 and had a very good experience. I walked in through the exit and there was a cashier standing there by the name of Tiffany who greeted me and asked if she could help me find something. She directed me to aisle one where the light bulbs were. on my way back Tiffany asked me if I found it okay and if she could check me out. She was very friendly and very helpful. Great store experience and will definitely be back to shop again. September 11, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful garden department experience every time Sharon at the garden department is excellent. She is friendly and never gets tired to answer questions about the plants and where to best plant them (Sun, Shade, etc.). She is extremely helpful and knowledgable. September 9, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Denied Military discount because of store sale. Policy not posted or informed of. Other stores honor Vets regardless. Saw item on line. Went into store to purchase. After purchase and at checkout, told no military discount. Either sale or discount. Customers should be informed of this in the online ads or on the sale tag in the store. Then when I questioned the manger, he rudely accused me of "double dipping". I thought I was just asking for the advertised military discount. Poor management and poor transaction. I should have and will in the future go to Lowes. The honor vets regardless. September 2, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great and helpful Staff ! I came in looking for some underlayment for my new flooring I had just received through special order at this Home Depot. The friendly staff listened to my concerns and helped me to pick out the product that most fit what I was wanting out of the product. As I was standing there staring at all the varieties of product at least 5 Home Depot Employees asked me if I needed any help and when I was ready just let them know. September 3, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by window salesman Asked if i needed anyhelp before i had to all him...was very helpful in placing our custom order. September 10, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Service Beginning to Fall Short Historically I've visited this store exclusively simply because the associates almost always approached me and offered assistance in finding a product. Over the past several months that positive attitude and service seems to have fallen by the wayside. Now I feel as if I'm in Lowe's, a place I had always avoided simply because I could never get assistance and was forced to seek out help. I don't know what happened at this store but something needs to change if Home Depot wants to keep my business. There is a marked difference between this store and the Home Depot on University Drive in Sarasota. July 30, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The helpful store If and when I have needed assistance in this store I have always been able to find a helpful Associate to find an item or answer a question. The isles are well marked with product names for easy locating an item. I also enjoy to garden area at Home Depot. September 4, 2016
