This is a very good store to shop at. The store is always well stocked and the employees are very helpful.

I always enjoy my trips to Home Depot. The people here are really friendly and helpful.

I am a DIY’er. I normally have an idea when I enter HD which includes a mix of Pinterest, Southern Living Magazine, and a ton of screenshots from the World Wide Web. This is important to know; because in my mind, I am a seasoned professional (I know- I’m exaggerating). Nonetheless, I enter the Lumber Dept with a sticky note full of drawings and measurements. Most of which are inaccurate. That’s when the magic begins…. JOSHUA, CHRIS, and NATE make my dream a reality. ‘What are WE making today’, ‘Don’t forget this item’, ‘Here is a tip’, ‘Sure I will help’ are just a few of the phrases that keep me coming back. No matter how unrealistic my idea is, they find a way to politely bring me back to reality with their suggestions and encouragement. ‘You got this; come back and let me know how it goes’. You can buy lumber anywhere, but the customer experience that you get from JOSH, CHRIS, and NATE at HD is immeasurable.

Manager Elisha went above and beyond to assure I got the product I needed and helped with coupon that wasn't sufficiently working at the time.

joann and Nicholas have given me the best customer service I've had in awhile and this is by far my favorite home depot

If you want great customer service the Hiram Home Depot store is where to go people are friendly willing to help and make sure that you leave the store with everything you need to do the job where to go appreciate great customer service

This location was a great experience from the moment I walked in until the moment I checked out. Lil Kenny in the electrical department displayed excellent customer service skills and was extremely helpful.

Lil Jimmy. He helped me understand what bulb I needed and how I could test mine with the chart that Home Depot provides for their customers. He also helped me find the replacement parts for my Sharp Vac Mop, even though it was out of stock. He asked the service Desk employee Linda to order it for me online and it can be delivered to my home. She was so kind and pleasant to help me also. Home Depot has great employees, I will returning soon.

The floor ordered the wrong flooring type and botched my scheduled installation. Customer service was terrible and handled poorly. Do not recommend

I go to Home Depot to buy what I need for a home project. I also spend a good bit of time walking around and looking at all the product offers. You never know what you might need for a repair or next project.

I travel through out Georgia for a living and am always stopping and all the home improvement centers. Home Depot is almost always the best when it comes to inventory and special deals and the plants in the garden center are the best.

Been making numerous trips this month doing several projects around the house and each visit has been great! Needed extra hands a few times to load items and had plenty of employees on hand to help when needed.

Tommy is the best I have gone to homedepot for a lot of lumber and tools over the years. I have never ran across anyone like him. Very knowledgeable but different forms of building materials. If you need help look up Tommy.

We went to Home Depot because we knew they would have everything in our list from pots for our plants to shelves to put them in. Our project turned out perfect thanks to Home Depot.

I am sight and hearing impaired and the people that work at Customer Service and at the pro desk and generally the cashiers are all very nice at the Hiram Home Depot! Today I shopped for some PVC trimming in the sales clerk, DAWN really helped me out she’s very patient and kind!

I feel that since you have changed your policy on the military discount program that you are disrespecting military members that have not signed up for the new program or knew anything about it. You should still honor a ID card from a veteran and then tell them about the new program and how to sigh up for it. Other companies have done this type of program but they still honored a veterans ID card program to the person signing up.

I was assisted by Garth who was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Great customers service!!!

Never had any problems at this store and Costomer service was amazing.
