Needed to purchase a fridge. None are now in stock. They must be ordered which takes 10 to 12 days. When I told the associate I was moving in less than a week she showed me a floor model that was for sale. Her name was Norma and she was very helpful. Even said she could hold it for 3 days until I could get a truck. Very helpful. If I had to purchase items in this department again - appliances - I would seek her out because she was knowledgeable and saved me another $100 dollars by suggesting I get a Home Depot card, I shop there all the time so it's a win win.

I'm so glad that this store is close to me and every time I go in there the employees are always friendly and willing to help.

The store staff was very helpful to resolve items missing from sales floor. 3/4 plastic conduit was out of stock and on back order. No eta available per electrical team. 25ft fish tape was not displayed in correct display area. Item was found in overhead storage in another aisle clearly labeled.

It's a great place to shop because of knowledgeable associates.

We needed to purchase a new refrigerator. The store associate approached us and offered to help. He was very well-versed in every facet of our purchase, from appliance information, store policy, warranty information and delivery. I have arthritis and it's difficult for me to stand for periods of time. The store associate immediately got a chair for me and held it for me until I was safely seated. We purchased the fridge and feel very confident with our purchase.

The store employees were very helpful. Employee ask if I needed help and took time to show me where the products were and went beyond to help, taking time to change my batteries in my remote garage door opener. Thanks Garth

Kellie at self checkout was very rude , she continued to yell at the customers because they didn’t know which direction the line went . She also continued to gossip about the issue in front of customers . She also continued to argue with a customer.

I have a Home Depot next to my home, but the Hiram store is so much better. Better organized and cleaner

Allan in the Paint Dept. helped me with everything I needed to paint my front porch stair railing. He matched my paint chip perfectly, gave me the sanding paper, wood filler, brushes, and other tools needed to complete the job. I had no idea how to even do this job, so he even gave me step-by-step instructions on how to do it. Thanks to Allan, I was able to successfully complete the job the next day, and I couldn’t be happier about how the finished work looked.

The local Home Depot has great safety and clean standards, always stocked with the items needed and the staff provide very friendly and attentive service.

This HOME DEPOT in HIRAM is clean, very organized, the staff are helpful, friendly and polite/ courteous! There's a friendly/ respectful staff there who will help the customers all the way, from finding the product, and loading to your car after checkout. I love it! I like the disinfectant/ sanitizer station, and there are times, there's an employee cleaning the carts. I feel safe to shop here! THANKS!

Really like the store location with easy in and out parking. I do however wish there were more employees in the different departments to assist customers with decisions and advise.

Robin is great. She went above and beyond just passing me through the store while I was waiting for customer service. She helped me get a grill in my car. I couldn't get in by myself. I was really annoyed with how hard it was for me to get something I already paid for. They should have someone in charge of unlocking things if supervisor so busy and the only person to do it. She made me feel better about my experience after getting her help.

The employees were there to offer their help me if I needed it. Easy to find what I was looking for.

The store clearly has signage to please wear mask but no one is enforcing the policy because many people are walking around and being served without mask.

Every time I enter the store I am greeted at the door. The store is clean and the employees have all been willing to help me.

I enjoy going to the Hiram location. Employees are very polite and helpful. Checkout is fast and easy.

The store was very neatly organized and stocked and Garry, an associate in the plumbing area, was very helpful in assisting me to resolve drainage issues around my house with the right products. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
