I purchased a roll of Frost King weather tape to seal my windows as the cold weather approaches. The roll had been crushed somehow but the tape is undamaged so I thought nothing of the out of shape roll. While using the self service cash reisters to pay the cashier saw the roll and immeidatly gave me a 10% discount; I had said nothing. This is the sort of little thing that can make one's day; and is why the Reston Home Depot #4641 is a great store.

I so appreciate the helpful staff at this store. They always seem to “bend over backwards” to make sure I get what I am searching for.

The young man went out of his way to insure I got what I needed. This was the 2nd time in 2 months visiting the store and he remembered helping me the first time.

The people are there to help you find items and answer your questions.

After wandering around looking for a particular item a Home Depot employee stated “ You don’t ask for help, you don’t get no help!”

I enjoy this location because the staff are very helpful and always friendly. The store is always pretty organized and I'm able to find what I'm looking for.

You say to avoid writing about customer service. Impossible. Employees were condescending and did not consistently support advertised promotions. We finally decided to return the product and take our business elsewhere.

I visit the Reston/ Herndon Home Depot at least once a month. They always have what I need and the staff is helpful and friendly

3 employees in the ENTIRE store in Reston, VA. No one to help with ANYthing. The ONLY cashier was friendly and helped. The self checkout had long long lines. 1 person working in the paint Department with a line of 15+ people. I walked out of there. Will get paint somewhere else. Self Checkout?????????? The home depot owner must be raking in cash with hardly any employees. Hope he loses the rest of his clientele.

This is my go-to store

Putting in a good word for one of your cashiers, Tiwanna. She made me feel better by simply being nice and caring about how I felt. Send new cashiers to watch her as part of your training program. It is so simple to be nice, but in today's stressful environment, we often are "too busy" to be nice. Tiwanna does not forget to be nice. It might be catching.

Most employees are knowledgeable and willing to help or find someone else who can. Sometimes the store is out of a product but you can check ahead, on-line, for most items and then order it to be shipped to the store or your home.

The personnel working at the Reston home depot are very knowledgable, friendly, and outgoing. The store is always clean and organized and stocked with the items I've needed.

The store is generally clean and the associates are polite and helpful. The selection of home improvement products is good though not as wide as in other Home Depot stores that are larger.

I like your return policy: Instead of making me prove I am not a thief or a lier, you assume I am a valued, good and honest customer which makes me feel good and happy to shop in your store. Maybe there are lots of thieves and liars out there, but I believe most people are not that way and I appreciate being treated with respect. THANK YOU!
