Is anyone else disappointed with Home Depot? Corporate is FORCING any veteran to download their app to apply discount. Here’s another company that is keeping tabs on you.

The caahier was in a bad mood and very rude!

Bought a Husky adjustable height workbench! This bench is stable and sturdy. I adjust the height for my need at the time. Highly recommend. 52" long Husky adjustable height workbench. Customer service is top notch at this location!

We are remodeling and they have had everything we need (except one door, which we had to go to Bakersfield to pick up, as your stores do not seem to share or deliver to another site).

there seems to be plenty of item's in stock i have yet to not find what iam looking for. the people are great and the location is convenient.

Upon entering the garden section at Home Depot today, the gentleman outside took time from watering to answer my questions and made some valuable comments on some of the plants. Once inside, I went right to the item I was seeking. I caught eye contact with John who came right over and answered all of my questions. He was amazing. As I approached the register with my item, Yuli was all smiles and quick in processing my purchase. She also helped me save quite a bit today. I was delighted. What an exceptional experience today at The Home Depot thanks to all. Everyone involved was very friendly and went above and beyond for me - WOW!

George and Danny in the Pro Center went above and beyond to help me solve my problem regarding a specific broken piece I needed replaced for my work. I commend their customer service, and would recommend anyone with a somewhat atypical problem to seek their help! Everyone was friendly and I will definitely be coming back to Home Depot for my hardware needs.

This store is a integral part of our community. I fills in gaps of needed products in the community and different industries. Additionally is a strong resource for the local Naval base.

The customer service at this location was excellent. Adrian went out of his way to go through different options with assisting my family and I to make sure we were happy with our choice in flooring protection. Although her name escapes me now, the cashier was lovely and friendly as well. The store was clean and it was easy to find our items. We will definitely be shopping here again. :)

I needed help in the kitchen faucet department, employee George was very friendly, knowledgeable about the many to choose from. He answered all my questions promptly and made sure I understood everything. Later as I was walking out of store he seen me, walked over to see if I needed any help with something else. I appreciate him having extremely excellent customer service skills.

I've often been asked, "did you find everything you were looking for?". Rarely does an employee at any store ever pay attention to your response let alone try and make it right. Not here. Kary at the front door was genuinely friendly and knowledgeable. She knew exactly where to take me. Leslie and Leland in the PRO Shop were the best help I have ever gotten at a Home Depot. Several other folks tried to find what I was looking for. These two delivered! In my humble opinion, Kary, Leslie, and Leland exceeded the highest qualities of what I expect from "great employees" in retail. When they asked how my day was, they cared about my response and showed it with conversation. It wasn't an automated question. When they asked me what I was looking for, they didn't try and upsell or pressure me. They showed me variety so I knew my options. When I decided, they got me exactly what I wanted. I had to go back and get their names so I could share this.

I came in with my contractor to order a kitchen countertop. The man in the design center didn't know the cost per sq foot (or however it is ordered). He didn't have samples of each color that the website for Corian had on line and didn't appear to have much knowledge of the colors ... IE if a color had gray in it, its very difficult to tell with a small sample. I have since ordered elsewhere. HOWEVER must commend check out clerk Candace for her sunny attitude. I purchased some cabinet knobs and pulls. Went out to the car and decided I need a kitchen sink so my contractor and I went back in and spent quite a bit of time selecting one. We went to Candace's line and she joked with us about coming back to see her. Candace is a shining example of how a employee should be in a customer service driven job. I bet Candace will go far in life with her happy & friendly attitude.

The store is the best! The staff are super friendly and helpful.

Except for an occasional out of stock experience, everything about the place is great. I’m a DIY type with home projects, not a pro, and when I have a “how to” question, guys like George take time to help me. Also, if I make a mistake with a purchase, the return policy is tops.

In my recent trip I was very disappointed to see about half the customers without masks despite a sign outside claiming they are required. At least three employees were not wearing their masks appropriately, ie beneath their nose, and one didn’t have a mask at all. I would like customer safety to be more of a priority at this store. Cashiers were awesome, both wearing their masks appropriately, smiling, greeting us, and overall great friendliness and customer satisfaction. If it weren’t for the last interaction I had with the cashier, I would have left far more frustrated.

Cindy in Millwork is the best HD employee I have ever worked with. She will help you get your order completed and with best service too.

This store has poor customer service and needs some re-training in that department. When customers have to approach passing by associates that don't work in that department and can't seem to reach the person assigned to that department or the department supervisor, then customer service training is sorely lacking. After 40 minutes of trying to get help I finally just left.

Lili in the appliance section was extremely helpful and courteous. She made my purchase easy. She is one of a kind who goes the extra mile.

I have found the Ridgecrest store to be above and beyond exemplary. I am old, female and handicap so I really appreciate your young people.

I arrived with a list to remodel my bathroom. I am not a contractor nor a handyman. Just a woman with a big list whom needed lots of help. All of the associates were VERY helpful. A special shout-out to Daryle for finding me everything I needed. Thank-you everyone for making my experience easy and pleasant. One bathroom down, one to go. I will be back.

It is unfortunate this is the only big box hardware store like it. I try to look for things at high desert home center before i go here. None of the employees acknowledge you nor are they around when you need help.

We broke a shower knob last night. A 3 incher no less that fits a fixture on our Modular Home, that was set in 1988. Found a pair of them ok, Danco, but they looked ok. Besides all products are designed to fit other stems, so bought them. They fit perfect...

I am pleased with our local Home Depot. The store associates are always friendly, and I always easily find the products I need.
