Have had great success with knowledgeable employees for my apartment remodel. Ayesha in Flooring was a saint, when I couldn't get thru to the measuring dept with questions. I was charged wrong, she corrected it. I had questions, she got the answers for me, all with a smile, pleasant and professional. THANK YOU!!! Erica at cashiering was delightful, cheerful, and took care of a refund for me quickly and professionally. These ladies are an asset to your store... Thank you for making my experience a good one.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Service was terrible. I needed a board cut, but could not find anyone to assist. I went up to checkout. Rather than paging someone, she sent me out to the yard. There I found 5 guys standing around talking. When I told them what I needed, they said "cut it yourself". They laughed at me and refused to cut the board. All the service desk could do was say the manager was not around and suggest I fill out a survey to win $5000. Talk about insulting. Needless to say, I will never go back to this store or any Home Depot again.

This is a great place to shop. The people are friendly and helpful. If a store employee is unable to help, they will find someone who can. One time I had three people helping me find something that was in stock according to the website, but was not where it was supposed to be. Finally, one of the older employees who had been there from the beginning figured it out. Love this store!!!!

Immediately when I walked into the garden department, I was greeted by Ethan who asked if I needed help finding anything. He knew exactly what I was looking for and even put it in my cart for me all while having a great attitude. Wonderful employee!

This store is “generally” cleaner, helpful & more friendly than other Home Depots. However it is a smaller store and doesn’t always have what we need.

Well Home Depot had what I was looking for, but needed help to find it. It was a Thermocouple for our Furnace, as I took the pilot valve and system all apart and installed it in a matter of 10 min, including putting it back in the furnace. Our furnace fired up great...for some heat, on that cold day in December of 2019

I give Home Depot, located in Ridgecrest, CA., a three star rating. Why, its because they will not give a Veteran discount (only on major holidays) to a Vet. Where as other stores selling the same products, do give a discount but they are located out of town. But will drive there and pickup major appliances, just to save some coins...

I have been going to the Ridgecrest location for about 10 years. I live in Big Pine, CA. It is approximately 125 miles from where I live. To bad Home Depot does not have a store in Bishop, CA. Sure would be nice.

Needed roofing materials to roof a new garage and the Pro Desk helped me select the right products to meet code and make the job easier.

Ridgecrest Home Depot provides excellent customer service, always has what I need in stock, a clean store, and a plethora of friendly faces. Home Depot is my “happy place.” Thank you to all the staff who have been above and beyond helpful and encouraging (sometimes diy can be intimidating) over the years!

The stire employees took the time to get things and bring them to my disabled husand. He was having a bad time and they saw that and offered thier assistance. It was wonderful.

I have shopped at many stores in southern Calif and this one is always a great experience. I don't have to wander around the store to find an employee.

This was just a few days sense the earthquakes in Ridgecrest, Calif. The place looks like it did a month ago. Things were in place and clean.

I know where most of the products I use are located in the store, but when I do not, I have always had very friendly and professional service from the employees.

I'd like to compliment the early evening customer service staff on duty Friday April 26th, 2019. I was making a pick up from windows & doors. The female customer service associate (who I'd spoken to over the telephone before visiting Home Depot), was very pleasant, cordial and accommodating. I informed her that I was more than willing to return the next day, but she made a call, and my pick-up was wheeled out by a young male associate who performed the task even though his shift was over. Then, another young female associate eagerly suggested helping me load the pick-up and escorted me to my vehicle. What a very positive and inspiring shopping experience. On my 05/04/19 visit, the associate which helped me to my car, e me a cheerful, friendly and warm salutation of recognition as was checking out at the cashier counter. Please, give a formal recognition to the above mentioned associates. I believe they are excellent representations of the kind of characteristics Home Depot should seek to employ.

Need more selections for tub knobs. And this store needs to sell more plants that grow in desert. They try to sell way too many tropical plants.

I had no problem finding the item I needed. I got very good assistance in the appliance department, the associate was very friendly. I had a good experience in the store.

Store was well stocked. I picked 2 window that I ordered 3 weeks ago. I did have to call them, as they did not use the correct number I gave to them. Othertwise no problems. In fact I like to walk around and see what I might purchase in the future. Store was clean and employees friendly.

the employee's were helpful and I noticed one employee while she was sweeping and taking pride in her area of responsibility.

I was able go find the products I was searching for thanks to the store associates. The store was clean it had recently had the floors cleaned. All associates were helpful and friendly. Over all wonderful experience.
