Irene help me measure the unit and make sure that it would fit it into my space she was very helpful. She checked me out I bought the washer and dryer. I want to thank Irene for doing a wonderful job yes .I will go back to Home Depot and buy things that I need for my Home. I had great service with the lrene.

Yeah the associate they are nice every time i go visit home depot and very clean and also i like the flowers to buy.

While I was displeased with the customer service in the Lumber department of this store, I found that Ashley or AJ (cashier in the garden Department) to be extremely helpful and should be commended for her excellent customer service..

I have always been Traded kindly and respectful at the Ridgecrest Home Depot I have been shopping there since it opened and will continue to do so

We are remodeling our kitchen and laundry/powder room. We have been working with Mike Combs, the store 1089 kitchen designer. He has worked us through two major designs. The first had restrictions with cabinets coming only in 3 inch intervals (Kraftmaid) and we were losing too much usable storage space with our kitchen footprint. We then decided to try the Innermost line that can be more easily customized plus the depth of shelves and width of drawers would give us more storage. Mike is very knowledgeable in all areas of remodeling. He can direct the customer to smart solutions for layout, lighting/electrical and plumbing challenges. Our beautiful cabinets are in our garage ready to install. The contractor/installer is currently working the prerequisite structural, wiring and plumbing changes. We ordered doors and windows with William's assistance at store 1089. He was also very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right products for our design. The design and purchase process at this store was very professional. We never felt rushed. All players were there to help us fulfill our vision for our remodel.

BRING BACK YOUR RENTAL DEPARTMENT, PLEASE, This is a Research & Development Base in Ridgecrest. Lots of Technicians and Engineers that are Do-It-Your-Self's. Lots of money you aren't accessing by not catering to the Base., Tailor your Merchandise to Base needs. We have to out of town for Man Lifts, Digging Equipment, Welding, Air Tanks etc. When these things fail, or needed only once, at the Base we need to rent them for tests that can't wait until Procurement Dept buys them. Gov Procurement Dept. is slow. Takes 6 months to get things. I would also suggest that this store do more advertising using the smart phone app to find merchandise in the isles. It would reduce the publics dependency on your staff and get your local shoppers more acquainted with the store layout. It would also help to put the isle number all of your advertisements. Contact base the admiral or dept to send base wide request for rental services for the Base that can be provided by Home Depot.

Love shopping at HomeDepot. The associates are friendly and knowledgeable.

This is really the only semi-large home and hardware store in the area so you pretty much have no choice but shop at this store. Be prepared to take a long time to find what you are looking for as the employees generally do now know much about the products being sold or where to find them in the store. Be prepared to wait and wait to try and get assistance from a store employee. They are very understaffed at this store. It is very hard to get good knowledgeable help in a timely fashion.

I never have a problem when I go to Home Depot. I know I will have all the help I need to find all the material and supplies I need to complete the project I am on.

Everyone in this store is always super helpful and super polite. When they ask about your day, they seem so genuine. My only complaint about this store is the returns department. They have no idea about the home depot tool warranty on Husky brand tools. They basically just don't believe you when you tell them a wrench has a lifetime warranty and start harassing you with questions about where you bought it and how long you have had it and blah blah blah. One lady out of 4 was quite nice about not knowing but the other 3 seemed like they didn't want to help at all. Then one guy actually finally helped me out and simply replaced the tool, like its supposed to happen.

I like knowing that if i need to ask a question the employees are not going to make fun of you. Thank you home depot employees.

Store is convenient. Has most of what I need (the rest is ordered) the personnel are friendly. And go out of their way to be helpful. Especially Ronnie and nick.

I think everyone should visit this home depot it's clean and the associates are very well mannered especially my favorite employee Turquoise.

10 years ago I would go Home Depot only if they were the only one that had what I needed because the customer service was so bad. Now I go to them first because the customer service is so good!

Kat helped me find what I was looking for in no time at all. As it is getting harder for me to walk around a large store like Home Depot it really helps when someone like Kat goes out of there way to help find those hard to locate items your looking for. Keep up the good work Kat.

this store is small. this store is ill stocked. this store has a very limited selection of products. is k-mart buying out home depot?

It is always a pleasure to shop and browse at the Ridgecrest Home Depot. I have purchased 3 olive trees and many shrubs from there and all are thriving after 3 years. More recent purchases have been for plant food and plumbing needs.

Using this place over last 5 years it has become apparent that labor costs are kept down by not hiring enough employees. The employees are not the problem, just not enough of them. Small selection of products avaliable, with most online. Hey management, maybe you need a customer shopping computer terminal with a starbucks to compete. I absolutely dislike, yes absolutely dislike cluttered isles...........block my cart, block my pathway and do not have anything i want to buy. As for marked down items, write them off and give the items to habitat for humanity or some other charity. The back of your store is not an inventory warehouse, bring more products and give us choices, not just the 3 most expensive.

Store is neat and clean but is smaller than a normal Home Depot. Not as many items are available.

Despite not having a direct large competitor in town, the service and cleanliness is what you would expect. Customer assistance is generally good, but can occasionally be difficult to find an associate not with another customer. Our in-store purchase for a later pick up date did not go as planned and took a week longer to receive than was quoted. However, they drove to another location and brought the product to our local store, which was a big deal to us due to the stores remote location.

this store is always great always shop here and love the great sales

The pro department is efficient, cashiers fast and friendly, I just wish I had more money to buy all kinds of great item for my own home and for the remodels I work on.thank you all in the Ridgecrest home depot.
