I went to return the other day and there were two workers working. But in reality there was only ONE working! The young boy name Noe helped me and others that were waiting in line. While a girl with glasses and black hair was not helping! We stood in line and she didn’t call us to help. Instead was looking at the computer! Noe was helpful and changed my mood from being upset to satisfied after he assisted me.

I've been to this store numerous of times and ask for help on certain things at the employees there help me with what I needed

Amazing totally unique never done before

Purchased custom windows and was more than satisfied with service and timely arrival.

I bought materials for a job and paid cash money because my boss was not around to give me his card as it turns out I purchased wrong items and to my luck I lost receipt when I went to exchange it I was told that policy is no receipt no exchange I was left with all this materials and now it’s stuck in my garage and I was left out of a few hundred dollars not only did they treat me rude they employees followed me around the store as if I was a thief even thought my attire is that of a construction worker I was treated as a criminal like if I stole the orig material. What a bad experience with Home Depot. They sure didn’t treat me that way when I was paying cash for my material

I was looking for something and workers were quick to point me into the direction to the thing I was looking for

I like the Salinas Home Depot. They have the best selection of building materials of the stores around where I live. The staff are generally friendly and helpful. Good garden center also!

I HAD MY DRIVER PICKING UP SOME PARTS AND HE WAS BEING ASKED MANY QUESTIONS THAT WE HAD NEVER BEEN ASKED BEFORE

i went in to purchase a few items but i could not get any help from the many employees. i finally had to practically reach out and grab one. he was not very interested in helping me or knowledgeable of the products i wanted to purchase.

Customer service was excellent and I read it and that the store was clean and decent and tidy everybody knew they were talking about so yes I would always go back to the store for more merchandise and I would refer to other people A+

I rented a piece of equipment that until I arrived at the job site I didn't know did not work. I called to report the item not working but was left with few options. When I returned to the tool rental I asked for the manager and a man named Nestor spent all of 2 minutes with me and was clearly irritated and not friendly in the least bit. His body language, a drawn out sigh at my request to resolve the issues. All around unpleasant visit.

i asked questions and i got all the answers in an out just the way it should be thank you home depot and angelica

Sales person assisted me quick in telling me what isle number to find the item i was looking for.

I did not used to like The Home Depot. It has greatly improved and the staff and employees seem to be so much more helpful and friendly. I worked in the retail grocery industry for 44 years before retirement. I know and appreciate good customer service,

Overall I have had very good experiences shopping at Home Depot with regard to customer service and the quality of product within the store. However today was one of those days where one employee Sylvanie the cashier really stood out as far as poor customer service; the lines were long and this cashier just stood at her check out point looking at the line for several minutes, it wasn't until another cashier from a different check out point asked for the next customer that Sylvanie then asked for the next customer. I then asked her for bags as she rummaged through my shopping cart, after she scanned it all she then tossed the bags onto the cart. I don't normally write reviews but such poor customer service does not belong anywhere near Home Depot. I sincerely hope she finds a job she enjoys and takes pride in her work.

I was shopping for electric space heaters and asked for assistance. The person who they sent to help me was friendly and knew the products. He was a big help in selecting the right heater for my needs.

Store associates were very friendly. Dilma in garden was very friendly attentive and always smiling.

Overall, I like the store. I did not before but I have seen some improvements in customer. In the past, it was difficult to get anyone to help you or to show you where something was located. That has also improved. Not sure if a change of management or what, but have seen improvements in both areas I listed.

Needs great improvement on customer help especially with the younger employees. An I am young my self. Had issues almost every time I have need help here.

The team I met here was the best I’ve ever seen in a hardware store and read why. Eric started out by helping me decide the best construction materials for my plan and then helped me with loading and took over cutting the plywood for the job. Then Joseph was professional and efficient cutting the posts, wishing me a great rest of the day. Finally Joanna was enthusiastic being at a register talking about my experience and it all put the world at ease for once for me. They put the icing on top of this cake of hardworking hospitable Humanity having a great experience at The Home Depot.

Staff were service-oriented and very approachable. Despite of CoVID19, staff were always alert to the needs and safety of their customers.

I am very happy with the store I come there a lot. The only thing i dont like you need bigger selection of DeWalt cordless power tool. Other than that everything is awesome. Everything else in the store I'm very satisfied. Thank you and I'll be there again shopping and recommending it.

Store was clean and they were able to accomplish the task I needed done. Angelica was very helpful and pleasant.

Everything here have selling great. I’ll recommended my families and friends to this store for anything they need for their homes, garden etc.
