I Love Home Depot

Very friendly and knowledgeable employees

Bought a new washer and dryer and whoever installed it did a very poor job. Stretched the dryer gas line tight against the exhaust duct and located the unit a foot away from the original location. The dryer is also located less than the minimum required distance from the wall. Sales person did not disclose that it takes more than ninety minutes to complete one load in the washer. Washer will drive a person nuts with the sounds it makes. Spent $1,800 and wish I hadn't.

Store was neat and inviting, personnel courteous and helpful, merchandise easy to find. Shopping experience good.

I have been shopping at this store since they first came to Salinas . The other location was not as easy to get to but always had friendly helpful employees ! The location now is easier to get to and every employee I have come into contact with was friendly and if they couldn't help me they got me to someone that could ! Great store and I shop here often !!

I made a visit to the Salinas store on Saturday 9/1/18 for several products. Employee/associate Matt helped me locate all my items. He was knowledgeable and had a great attitude. The service was very good.

This store is exceptional with customer service. All the employees are super attentive. One employee that went above and beyond was Taylor. He helped us from start to finish coming up with a solution to our problem and even saw us through check out and helping us take our items to the car. He was outstanding and amazing. Could’ve have hoped for better help while visiting this town.

I went to the Information Desk an asked where the product could be found and the Sales Clerk stepped out of her area and walked over to show me where the product was and I proceded to ask questions and she helped me find what I was looking for.She was very friendly and very helpful. And yes the Store was very clean.

Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. We did a kitchen remodel last year with the help of Brad Tidwell in design and had a 5 star experience. We purchased the cabinets and appliances from Home Depot as well and are beyond pleased with the result. Everything we purchased is excellent quality. We are so happy, we went back today to discuss a remodel of our laundry room. Brad was ready with the perfect design when we arrived (he knew the measurements beforehand) and it was even better than what we had come up with ourselves.

Im pretty much satisfied with the over all daily experience of this store. Sometimes the line's are to long and its hard to get help and the store sometimes is out of materials needed, over all experience satisfactory

Although often busy, the people are friendly and willing to help.

Customer service is horrible. Associates will not help you with anything unless it's their department. Chances are its never their department so your out of luck. I'm giving one star because I can't leave it as zero.

I'm very happy with the service we received last weekend,from an employee his name in my receipt is JJM4378,he help us to find a similar microwave when we couldn't found the one I was looking for,he even went to get it from us from a very high shelf at the same time he was very attentive with other customers waiting for him to help them .

Mike Cortes in the window and door section made my shopping experience a pleasure. He was very resourceful and went the extra mile to assure I knew about the product I was buying. He in my opinion sets the standard for the type of service Home Depot should be providing. Cortes has definitely earned my business.

Almost all of the employees I dealt with were nice and friendly. But that's were it stops. There are never any carts in the store, big or small ones. If you forget to get one on the way in from the parking lot you always have to go out and find one. You always have to check what you are getting. If the package looks like it has been open check it for all parts. If the item you want is out of stock check in the very back of the shelve or even on the floor between the shelves, that's where I found what I needed today. The only reason I shop at this Home Depot is because of its location. I have been to a lot of nice Home Depot's all over the U.S., just not this one.

This store sucks when it comes to customer service. The employees don't care about you, it's like they were working at the mall or something. It's that generation of young people who don't give a rat's about you. They just want to wander around and pretend they're busy, just to not help you. It's not like the small hardware stores of the past where they greet you when you walk in and help you find what you need. These guys are just too big for their britches.

Andrea was excellent, I waited in line for 20 mins and she still gave me the best service. My husband and I did not appreciate that she was on her own at the returns line with a line out the door.
