I live in Oakland, but I shop in San Ramon! They are that consistent and welcoming. My business is highly reliant on their guidance and expertise. Adolph is the man when it comes to customer service!

I bought Red colored mulch bags & also soil bags. I bought flower seasonal plants. I had planted them in my garden. Plants are very healthy & giving beautiful colored flowers. Garden become beautiful with red mulch.

Sales Cashier Hyungye was very rude and exhibited micro aggressions when offering to "help" ring up my cart in self checkout. She forcefully inserted herself in my transaction which I initially thought she was going to assist me since my purchase was quite large but I quickly saw that this was just a feeble attempt to dominate the transaction because she obviously thought I would steal. When I asked her to help me bag my smaller items she refused and pointed to the bags. I had asked her again and instead of helping she argued with me and pointed and said she had to watch the other checkout terminals. I told her you had no problem assisting me when it came to ringing up my items but you now don't want to help me bag them? She then with attitude grabbed the bag out of hand and angrily put the items I requested help with into the bag very quickly. She was not nice at all at the end of my transaction. She was rude and made me feel very uncomfortable and not wanted at this store. I felt she was being prejudice towards me because how I looked and expected to steal or not pay for my items by the way she treated me. I should not have had to ask twice for her to continue to assist me. She should not have approached me without my permission. Home depot you need to do better on how your employees handle customers.

If you’re looking for a great shopping experience at the San Ramon Home Depot, get Pete’s work schedule and ask for him. Wow!! Amazing knowledge and awesome customer service. Way to go brother. Love my new leave blower.

My best suggestion is if you have another option, take it. The parking lot is a accident waiting to happen. The stock in the store is mediocre at best. The check out experience can be a nightmare. Best advice: pay a few bucks more and shop at ACE.

Bought wood planks for a raised bed planter. Store employees were very friendly and helped custom cut the planks per our specs. This was the first time for us to purchase large pieces of lumber and we were a bit clueless. The service we received was superb and truly made things so much easier! We also found out that this home depot has several store cats, one of them greeted us when we purchased garden soil. Some very joyful moments for my daughter :) Thank you!

I originally stated the "Danville Home Depot", but, it was San Ramon, CA - my error. I was so pleased by your employee, JAY CRAVENS and proud to speak of his assistance to me - excellent employee, for certain.

I have been shopping at Home Deopot for over 20 years as a contractor and I would like to say this is one of the best experiences I have had at the Home Depot! I bought light switches and LED bulbs in the San Ramon store yesterday. The advice given by Gregg was invaluable. I had no idea so many options were available. Gregg's advice resulted in a purchasing experience filled with confidence. He provided different solutions and choices than I would normally not have chosen, and he was right! Everything is installed and working perfectly, ready for years of service ahead. Thank you Gregg!

Best HD in the area. Friendly staff, kind, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with. This store is by far the least congested HD in the Bay Area.

We visit all Home Depots around our area to shop for some of our jobs; the worst customer service we have received is from the San Ramon location. Ladies working at the pro desk always give an attitude and do not know how to treat their customers. They seem frustrated and annoyed once they can't locate an account and usually seem undertrained since they do not know how to find accounts and follow directions.

Staff was very accommodating esp our Appliance Specialist Cynthia V. ;) very sweet and knowledgeable. Truly exceptional customer service. 5 stars!!!!!

You can't beat Home Depot when it comes to product selection and price.

I am always floored with the level of customer service given at this location, the whole staff is extremely knowledgable and helpful. I prefer shopping at this location, it is clean, the parking lot is convenient and items are usually always in stock! I especially appreciated help from the assistant manager Will, and the store associate Irjan today.

I visit home depot about 1-2 times per day on average. Often times the fork lift drivers are seniors (with attitude) and often not the most motived. It was refreshing to see a young kid Dylan who not only operated the material handling like a pro with precision, but also went out of the way to make sure the customer was happy. He helped load a stack of siding above my rack.

I had an incredible customer service experience working with Peter on my backyard project. He took care of my order even while the Pro department was closed late Sunday. He even made sure I got the best possible pricing. Thanks again for your help Peter!

An associate approached my dog. When I told her not to she said, "then why did you bring your dog into the store." Frankly NONE OF HER BUSINESS. My dog is a service dog and by law I can bring him into any store anytime. Your associates should not approach any dog without asking permission first. To not do so then get an attitude with a customer -- totally unacceptable. Then the cashier said absolutely nothing to us -- no hi, no thank you, thanks for shopping with us, nothing. She was too busy dancing to the music -- just rude and not customer service.
